I moved into a new home and after one year or so the front door was difficult to close. Although Edge Building Products were under no obligation to me l contacted Tristan Caldwell for advice.
Tristan informed me that there was a new door in the warehouse which was ordered over a year ago for the previous owner of my home!
He arranged for the door to be collected and recommended an installer whom l would pay for the fitting only which was done promptly.
Having owned my own company and dealt with many suppliers the service from Edge BP was truly outstanding and l can’t recommend them enough.

PART 1..Can't believe it 3 times I have been to Edge in Horsham and everytime I have failed to check what they gave me after paying and everytime it's short of what I needed....I am not making this up it's such a PAIN😡 2 lots of down pipes for guttering but only one lot of elbow joints come on this basic stuff LADZ.

So they actually responded in the affirmative listening patiently to all I had to say... dealt with it to my satisfaction too....nothing outlandish just a competent and reasonable explanation, so nice to have a " WE CARE" Resonse,not many of those to the pound these days!!!!!

Have used Edge Building Products for many years, I generally order via their website and have always found their deliveries to be extremely prompt, deliveries have always been complete. Delivery drivers always really helpful. Great to do business with a well organised company

Always correct items delivered and reasonable prices

Perfect touch up pen for our composite front. Colour matching was perfect. Happy with the price paid for the product and delivery timescale was good.

The only slightly disappointing thing was the postage cost.
