A colleague/friend in work 60th birthday was coming up and I was "fishing" for ideas. She mentioned that she loved 3 stone necklaces and mentioned Edge of Ember. I looked on your site and seen the trinity necklace. I ordered this and was pleasantly surprised (pictures don't do it justice). On ordering I was kept up to date on delivery details. Package arrived well wrapped and on time. Very happy with whole experience.

Necklace replate
I recently contacted Edge of Ember regarding a necklace I have had for coming up 5 years. It had lost its lustre and I wanted to enquire about a replate. Zoe, the customer service agent, could not have been more helpful. I was advised of my options and at no point did I feel under any pressure. Edge of Ember took care of postage, replated my necklace and sent it back promptly.
I am so pleased I have extended the lifespan of my necklace and recommend this service.

Website is easy to navigate. The photos of the jewelry are clear and enticing and the delivery of my order was fast. Would highly recommend Edge of Ember … oh and did I mention how beautiful the jewelry is?!

High-quality jewellery and EXCELLENT customer service
I initially found EoE from a classic google search when trying to find an initial necklace to represent my daughter. Not only was the shipping swift and secure to the US (and no tariffs or tax!), the necklace was gorgeous and incredibly well-made. I started with the Solid Gold 14k initial necklace and have since purchased 18k pieces and have loved them all - the quality is very high, the prices are reasonable, and the most important part - the customer service is above and beyond. They're incredibly responsive, empathetic, and kind, and I've been very satisfied with all queries and responses. They have gone out of their way to ensure I'm satisfied.
On top of that, it's a legitimate woman-owned company that uses sustainable materials and is near to my heart by being based in London. I genuinely could not ask for more.
I feel valued as a customer and have had a lot of personal follow-ups, which I appreciate immensely. Thanks EoE!

Bought a lovely necklace as a Christmas present for a younger cousin that has been looking to upgrade her jewellery collection. I loved that the tag pendant could be engraved with her initial, a real personalised touch and she was delighted with my choice!

My experience I had has left me feeling really sad
So I ordered some earrings, I loved them but sadly lost one earring and two backs within a couple of days which made me question the quality as I've never lost earrings before or would expect this to happen. Obviously I was really disappointed with this as I'd lost a lot of money but put it down to experience. Then a few days later I received an email from the founder asking if I would give a review, so I emailed back with what had happened and to say that I really couldn't give a good review based on my experience. I then received an email from Customer Service saying they would try to resolve for me, this made me quite happy as I was not expecting a response. I then felt like my integrity was questioned they asked for a picture of the remaining earring which I sent, odd request I thought but I did so. They then came back saying they could only offer me store credit or more earrings but I had to send the remaining earring back. I didn't want anymore earrings due to the quality I had experienced and as I couldn't have a refund I'd have to opt for store credit. Again they came back saying they would only do this on receiving the one earring back. Again I feel they are questioning me, I have a professional job and it is not in my interest at all to be dishonest. All I did was give feedback on my order and I have been made to feel like a bad person. I have decided not to return the earring and just walk away and put this down to a really bad experience.

Our warranty does not cover lost items, but I can see that our customer service team offered you a replacement pair of earrings anyway as a goodwill gesture. When you preferred not to receive a replacement, we offered store credit instead, which was conditional on returning the remaining earring.
We completely understand your decision not to return it, and we’re truly sorry if this process made you feel questioned — that was never our intention. By offering a replacement first, we hoped to show that we valued your experience and feedback.

Purchased a lovely gold plated wrist bracelet as a Christmas gift. Swift, safe delivery, whilst the bracelet itself was of high quality, which was much appreciated by the recipient. I shall certainly look towards Edge of Ember again for my jewellry gifts online.

Ordered a Christmas present, well in time for Christmas delivery. Received an email 2 days before Christmas to say actually the item was never in stock and therefore won't be arriving. Still awaiting my refund. Would not use again/recommend
I see you have replied to say I was told I could receive a replacement item before Christmas - this is untrue, I would like to see the evidence of where I was told this please

From start to finish, Edge of Ember has not failed to impress. Website very easy to navigate and the sales process very easy. Delivery was spot on too. The product itself is of amazing quality and my Mrs absolutely loves it! So much so, I’ll be ordering the matching earings!
