I have used Edinburgh Heat Team on multiple occassions and cannot fault them. They have provided excellent service each time at a reasonable price. They are quick to respond to queries and the work has always been completed to an excellent standard. I would not hesitate to use them again in future.

I've experienced outstanding service from this firm. They are very competitively priced, punctual, polite, do the job really well, and do not try to rip off their customers. Last winter I had an issue with the diverter valve and heat sensor in the boiler failing. The Edinburgh Heat Team engineer Jack was given a bum steer by the supplier, but went the extra mile to make sure the boiler was fixed so I had heating and hot water in time for Christmas. The office staff were great in not making additional call out charges caused by the boiler manufacturer's mistake. This year I am selling the property and Jack helpfully put a gas safety certificate in place, with a work order documenting the good state of the property. I cannot recommend Edinburgh Heat Team highly enough.

On moving to Edinburgh EHT certainly went the extra mile in keeping the ageing boiler we had inherited, operating safely for many years.
This year the inevitable happened and we needed to replace the boiler. EHT provided us with a very competitive price and again we were most impressed with the workmanship and the aftercare. An excellent team who we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We have used EHT for a few years now for servicing boiler. They valiantly fought to keep an ancient boiler going but the fight was eventually not worth the cost.

A new boiler was fitted which is outstanding.

One reason for our delay in getting a new boiler was fear of damage to kitchen as it was relatively new. There was no damage caused in the installation at all … as if it had always been there.

We got a Hive at the same time which was installed and explained.

Was in the EHT show room/office today based in Liberton. Couldn’t believe how nice it was. The flooring is nicer than my house! Signed up to a boiler service plan right there and then because of it. Super professional and impressive. Thanks again

Our very ancient (over 25 years old), unserviced boiler packed up on Sunday night
Gave Kris at Edinburgh Heat Team a call first thing Monday morning and he came out just after lunch.
Dreading the sharp intake of breath and the 'You need a new boiler' spiel, but Kris had a look, saw what the problem was, said no problem to fix.
Ordered the parts and came back this afternoon. Fixed the problem, gave it a service and we're back to having hot water and warm radiators

Edinburgh Heat Team recently installed a new boiler for me, after years of my previous boiler not working they also carried out a flush and made sure all my taps and radiators were working. Install was efficient and no mess left behind. Communication has been quick and efficient and would highly recommend to anyone looking for boiler/ heating services

Once again, I've found myself thinking, 'Thank goodness for Edinburgh Heat Team!' So far, they've sorted out a gas leak and a water leak for us - quickly and with minimal stress. A professional, efficient, friendly team. Pricing is perfectly reasonable too. First class!

Contacted this company earlier this week. Was offered service of boiler 3 days later. Engineer Ian was superb. It was obvious he was a very well qualified young man. Was very particular and thorough in his job. Everything was checked and he spent time keeping me posted .

I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company to anyone looking for excellent service.

Heating system professionally cleaned - our old radiators had cold patches and the house did not feel cosy. After the system was cleaned out the heat was pumping out - fab!
Rusty radiator replaced - it was doddle for the company to replace a rusting radiator. Pricing was reasonable too!
Monthly payment plan for servicing and call-outs -It's great to have this peace of mind. We've used this - it works well !
