I feel so lucky to have found Stefan and his team! Stefan sincerely cared about the project, wanted everything to a high standard and did the due diligence I would normally expect to do myself. He bought in all the right tradesman at the right time and managed everything, taking a huge weight off our shoulders. We agreed the price upfront and the payment in agreed instalments. Stefan was really flexible and understanding when things went wrong unexpectedly and did everything in his power to help us. He also was flexible around our living arrangements making it as easy as possible for us - for instance cleaning up all mess, sometimes changing working hours so our baby could sleep. We were grateful to have a team so considerate in our home for the extended period of time they were with us. They did carpentry, electrics, removed walls, built walls, removed and replaced floor, removed and replaced the kitchen. He was true to his word and delivered the work for the price agreed up front even when changes came about. He was available round the clock for questions and helped guide us on what to buy when we needed it. Renovating is stressful and I’m just so pleased we found the right builder for the job to make it a better experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Stefan and his team were great, they did fast and high quality work to build our side extension and created new space for work and guests incl a small bathroom and were pretty much on time against his original plan. Our garden room took a bit longer for all the pieces to come together but it fills the space perfectly now and really brings the outside in. Very pleased with the results!

We’re really happy with the work Stefan and his team did fitting our bathroom and en-suite. He met with us before the job started, bought us a coffee and asked us about our ideas and helped us choose tiles, trim, grout etc.

He offered a very personalised service and worked with us to achieve the vision we wanted for the bathrooms.

The guys were extremely friendly and courteous. They protected the carpets etc and tidied up well at the end of each day. We live in a flat complex which has strict rules over waste disposal so Stefan removed all the old bathroom units and debris off site.

Stefan was a great project manager. He stuck to the schedule and checked in with us every morning so we always knew what to expect. He looked at our list of products before we bought them to make sure they’d all be compatible so we didn’t run into any issues during the build.

The level of finish was done to a high standard and he encouraged us to raise any issues at the end of each day and was quick to resolve anything we asked him to change.

We’d be more than happy to use Edssconstruction again in the future and we’re really grateful for their hard work.
