My assignments were rejected with vague reviews.I advice that in future the moderators could elaborate more on why they are rejecting the assignments,students are different and they will always understand concepts differently.

The content was satisfactory. Ms Varghese ready to support always, she is a great mentor. The problem comes after completing the course with edubex then OTHM's turn around time slow kindly work on a model that deliver hope to the prospective students.

Sometimes a single decision can open unforeseen opportunities. My name is Gomolemo Magwaneng, and I vividly recall the moment I first enrolled in the Strategic Management and Leadership (SML) program at Edubex. Back in 2022, I was uncertain yet hopeful that this course would sharpen my leadership instincts. Looking back now, I can confidently say those hopes were well-placed.
The structure of SML compelled me to systematically consider organizational strategies, directing me to balance market dynamics, operational objectives, and team morale. The opportunity to exchange perspectives with faculty and fellow learners who contributed decades of experience to each discussion was a standout feature. We would engage in a discussion regarding potential outcomes, evaluate the ethical implications, and analyze real-world case studies. It was not merely education; it was a community of individuals dedicated to professional development.
During the program, I also discovered the importance of critical self-reflection. My leadership practice was enhanced, and I was able to acquire a more well-rounded view on continuous organizational and personal responsibility as a result of each task that encouraged me to evaluate my development in an honourable manner.
