I recently applied to rent a property with Edwards & Co due to having to move urgently with my young daughter. After having no luck with other local estate agents with properties in our area few and far between and highly competitive to attain, Liz at Edwards & Co promptly took great care in securing our new home. I cannot thank her enough for her efforts in helping us at our time of need and her sincere understanding. I thoroughly recommend Edwards & Co and namely Liz for her outstanding customer service.

Liz was the agent that showed us to our new flat, she was how can I describe absolutely amazing and understanding. She helped us through all the process and made the move in a easy and as comfortable as it could be. We couldn’t be happier. Edwards and Co Rhiwbina are highly recommended.

Both renting and purchasing through Edwards and Co was easy and efficient. Very friendly would highly recommend.

I'm not 100% sure what support, contact & guidance an estate agent should provide, however in the lengthy purchase period I received barely any! Towards the later stage of my purchase I received a short email or two asking for an update and then on the day of completion the previous owners were still packing at 12pm, took days to remove a lot of their belongings, kept a key over the weekend and even left their cats for 5 days. I would have expected an estate agent to be involved in collecting and redistributing the keys however this was left to me and the previous owners. Not great at all!

Edwards & Co were so helpful with everything throughout our tenancy. Always professional and informative with everything, but still very friendly and approachable.

Liz was amazing and everyone we dealt with was very helpful.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Extremely unprofessional and rude. Deidre who is the owner seems to think she can speak to people like **** and when I asked to speak to somebody else, she laughed and said she is the boss. I threatened to make a complaint which she also thought was funny. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
