After a misunderstanding about shipping costs. (I didn't realise the charge was per 25kg) eFix met me half way on the extra cost. Very fair and equitable.

Well, for me is very important the word of the people and the same from the shops.
I bought a lot of diferents items and one of them arrived for mistake.
Harry send me it without cost and , that is very unusual for me.
