Worst online experience ever with…

Worst online experience ever with terrible product and worse customer care. Beware and avoid at all costs.
They ignored my mails then told me I was too late with complaints even though I sent them all of my previous mails, originating from the day when the flowers arrived, on the wrong day, ruining the surprise. Flowers delivered were not even half the promoted bunch, awful

The flowers were poor

The flowers were poor. Lasted 2 days. The pink roses were wilted and outer petals were brown. Customer services emailed me saying it was sorry a few stems were 'damage'. And offered €8.20 in compensation. These were for Mother's Day and I am sad I didn't check Trustpilot first

Daylight robbery

Dear Prospective Customer,

aren't you so lucky to have checked these reviews before you part with your hard-earned cash?!!

unfortunately, I myself did make the terrible mistake of actually not checking this company's review/rating prior to making my order and oh boy was it a disappointment…

the flowers did not appear anything like they did in the order page - they seemed more like a cheap mix of listless flowers that were picked over a week ago
and now, leave it all to the greeting card that comes with it! - this was really badly done: the plain dull card just had my personalised message in a very small boring font.

I am buying online for well over 25 years now From lots of different companies/platforms and this is by far the biggest disappointment I've experienced.

In short, if you are trying to impress that special person, suffice to say that you certainly should not be dealing with this site…

Wrong order sent to me completely

I ordered pink bliss from the website which showed pink and white roses and pink carnations which are plentiful now, for a birthday.
They sent me 4red roses and purple painted baby's breath for 33.99 euros, which I could have picked up in Aldi or any supermarket for 7.99 euros ,10.99 euros at a push, the whole experience was ruined and I did not get the flowers I wanted, I contacted customer service via their website as they don't have a pH number, Abby from customer service later that day replied and said from looking at my photos I sent that I was to wait 48 hrs for the flowers to open, !!!!! The roses were well open and baby's breath does not open any more than it was, I'm 63 as it was for my birthday that's a lot of money to spend on by eflorist who did not send me my order that I wanted ,and just sent any flowers and took my money, I will give an update to see if they will collect the wrong order of flowers they sent and send me the correct order I wanted or a refund as I requested, bitterly bitterly disappointed, and as I'm senior with ordering online I thought they could be trusted, as I said I will update when I hear from them

Never buy here

This was a terrible experience from start to finish.

The flowers arrived already wilted and damaged. Many roses had dried, darkened petals and clearly were not fresh. The bouquet looked nothing like the advertised picture - the filling was poor and the overall presentation was disappointing. Within just 12 hours the flowers deteriorated even further and continued to wither.

Today the bouquet looks even worse, despite the company promising 7 days of fresh flowers. This promise is clearly false.

What makes the situation even more unacceptable is the complete lack of customer service. I contacted support immediately, and it has now been two days with no response. Ignoring customers after delivering such poor quality is extremely unprofessional.

This order completely ruined the party and the mood. I expect a full refund for this unacceptable product and service.

Will never use them again

I arranged 50 red roses through Eflorist for my wife for Valentine’s Day while I’m offshore. They used Evri to deliver—and of course, the flowers didn’t arrive on the day. My wife had to ask if I’d forgotten Valentine’s Day!

Over £50 for flowers, guaranteed for a specific day, and they completely failed. Eflorist should never have used such an unreliable delivery service. Now my wife is heartbroken, and it’s entirely their fault. Completely unacceptable.

I would give zero stars if possible. It is difficult to decide if it is the quality of the products or the service that is the worst? The flowers are despicable. The customer service is none existant. It is very very close to being a fraud. Horrible company, horrible product. DO NOT use!

So disappointed ....

Ordered 'Christmas Paradise' flowers for my mother who is in a nursing home. I was told that there were not many flowers and that they were very disappointing, not resembling the photograph displayed on the website. I will not be ordering from this company again and don't recommend.

Absolutely Awful !!!!!

The flowers I received were sparse and wilted. I assumed because it was my birthday, that this was the Happy Birthday bouquet. This bouquet is pictured on the website as having red roses, with some blue and yellow accent flowers. The bouquet I received consisted of exactly two small red roses, a few small daisies with only a few petals left on them, and a lot of green filler. It was a dismal bouquet. I would not recommend using this company. The bouquet was more upsetting rather than the pleasant surprise it should have been. It just made me really mad when I saw it, knowing that the person sending had spent a lot of money on it. Total rip off !

Paid 49 euro for flowers to be delivered to my daughter and not only did they look half dead but they were half the size of the picture on their website. I complained with photos and was told uupps sorry your disappointment but we will do nothing. Don't ever purchase from this company they are a scam

The flowers arrived wilted and brown on the stems. There was no plant food accompanying them. They withered very quick. They were incredibly stingy with the amount of flowers. I am extremely disappointed and annoyed as I had a paid a lot for these and the delivery. Will definitely not be ordering from eflorist again or for that matter recommending them.

My husband sent me roses for valentines day
the roses were dead , the chocolates were flattened ,the delivery box broken , no apology the whole experience was really terrible .The roses were delivered to my place of work .
