Faten does my laser hair removal and she is simply excellent! I highly recommend her as a therapist.

I purchased a birthday gift online of dermaquest cleanser and it arrived today and the box had clearly already been torn open and was damaged .. just sent it out anyway to me .. won’t be using them again

Scams waste of your money, unprofessional

Had IPL for sun damage. Noticeably better after the first treatment. Highly recommend Jenny. Very experienced and put me at my ease straightaway.

The staff was very nice. The laser hair removal was dine with the soprano machine and it was painless. Love the results.

Been going to EFmedspa for about 3 years now St John’s Wood branch. Staff are friendly and treatments are quite effective however just a little too pushy with the sales. I am a high spending customer and shouldn’t feel the pressure to keep topping up on my treatments.

I've always been self-conscious about my skin with decades of acne, rosacea, and sun damage. Through several treatments spread out across this time and with continued support and education, I have been able to tame my red face. One of the first suggestions during my consultation was to use a dairy-free diet which I denied and fought tooth and nail. With all of the improvements I'd made with EF Medispa treatments it seemed like I could try that one last element and, low-and-behold, they were right. I've always been treated with the utmost respect, kindness, and understanding of my budget restraints. I'm very happy that I chose to invest my time and money with EF Medispa because it has made a difference in my skin, which has made a difference in my confidence.

I have been a client for almost 15 years. For me, RF (radio frequency) treatments have done wonders! The staff is friendly, trustworthy and very professional.

I went to EF medispa and was advised a Dermamelan peel would resolve my brown spots in time for an eventI had. I experienced such bad peeling I had to discontinue the treatment without any change seen so I could attend my event not looking like a leper. I reached out to EF medispa and was advised to restart after the event. I immediately experienced a terrible rash. Based on advice received from Mesoestetic who manufacture the Dermamelan cream, I was told to continue and this was a normal reaction. I finally saw 2 dermatologists who said I was allergic to the treatment and should not have been told to continue, it was dangerous to do so. I have been left with worse pigmentation and considerably out of pocket. Mesoestetic have refused to accept any responsibility for their medical negligence. The staff at EF Medispa were great at all times, but I'm still out of pocket and my issue is worse than ever and I now can't afford to fix it. PLEASE BE AWARE A RASH IS NOT NORMAL!
