I have had surgery with Dr Ali twice and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The prices are amazing the level of care is outstanding.I come from the UK to have surgery at egepol hospital and from the moment I step out of the airport I am very well looked after. Dr ali's team are all very friendly big shout out to Cagatay, Beyza and Serra. You are all the best and always make me feel welcome you all make me smile and as for Dr Ali he is the kindest gentle soul and I feel 100% confident in putting my body under his amazing hands his surgery and skills are amazing. He also genuinely cares about you as an individual. I will be coming back next year for my third visit. See you all soon.

I recently had a breast augmentation and upper blepharoplasty by Dr Merve. From start to finish the team were amazing. They answered any questions or concerns and went out of their way to make my surgery as easy and as comfortable as possible. The team were always around if needed, the nursing staff were attentive with post op checks and pain relief and I had daily checks from Dr Merve. I am 4 weeks post op and my breasts and eyes are healing nicely with no issues. Thank you to all the staff at Egepol hospital.

Just returned to Wales, uk after having a mmo, absolutely 💯 percent service from start to finish all the staff was amazing ! Our surgeon dr. Merve was outstanding the after care personally given by her was incredible she is a lovely lady and helped every way she could. Her attention to detail was extraordinary and couldn't recommend enough if um looking for perfection this is the surgeon u need !!

I recently underwent gastric sleeve surgery (or: a stomach reduction procedure) and I can confidently say it has been one of the most important and transformative decisions of my life.

From the very first consultation with Egepol International Hospital, Burak, Cagatay and the team made me feel heard, supported, and safe. They walked me through every step — from what to expect before surgery to long-term aftercare. The procedure itself went smoothly, and I felt I was in excellent hands throughout.

Recovery was faster than I expected, and although there were adjustments to my eating habits and routine, the results have been beyond my expectations.

I had a full mummy makeover (not a lift just implant) in Jan 25
The contact from the team prior to my arrival was flawless, they explained everything. I was unable to discuss any particulars of the surgery until the day I arrived (day before the surgery)
This initially did make me nervous but I shouldn’t have been, everything was explained to me perfectly, and I trusted my surgeon (Professor Doctor Mustafa Durgun) straight away.
My aftercare was amazing whilst I was there, the staff were so attentive and looked after me so well, I was alone so this was massive for me. I would really say if you are looking to travel alone you will be ok, they do look after you fantastically.
My only regret is not doing this sooner, my results now 6 months on are absolutely amazing, I healed fantastically and the team kept in touch with me after my arrival home too. I can not recommend this hospital and surgeon enough! If you are thinking about doing it just go ahead and do it.

Medical Staff & Procedure

The surgical team at Egepol was highly professional and experienced. My bariatric surgeon conducted a thorough pre-op consultation, ensuring I understood the risks, benefits, and lifestyle changes associated with gastric sleeve surgery. He answered every question with honesty and clarity, which reassured me I was in capable hands.

On the day of the surgery, every step was meticulously handled—from pre-operative tests to anesthesia administration. The surgery went smoothly and was performed using the latest laparoscopic techniques. I was closely monitored in the recovery room before being transferred back to my private room.

I have not long returned from Egepol hospital in izmir. I was extremely impressed with the care and attention I received. My operation went smoothly and I was not left in pain. I had 3 lovely translators who helped and supported me throughout the week. Nothing was too much trouble. The hospital was clean and the rooms very spacious. I am looking forward to returning in October to continue my journey with Egepol.

Faultless… from the overall research beyza was so helpful. No question was too silly or too much. Instantly felt relaxed and at ease as this was the only hospital I felt to not ‘chase’ or ‘rush’ you to book. After a recommendation from a friend I decided upon my MMO with Dr Ali Ozdemir. During the wait up until my surgery date I was in constant contact until I travelled.

Prior to my arrival to Izmir I was put into a WhatsApp group with two most amazing coordinators Catagay and Serra - who from start to finish have made this process a dream! From the seamless transfer from the airport in luxury transport to the arrival at the hospital myself and partner were given the utmost welcome. The hospital in itself spotless, high tech and absolutely stunning - it could easily be a 5* hotel! Instantly put at ease with vigourous tests at a sister hospital ensuring I was well to have the operation. Then left to settle before being checked on by my coordinators who even assisted us on a walk to the shops so that my partner knew where to go if he should need a little walk whilst I was being operated on. They could not do enough for us both.

I met dr ozdemir the following morning. A friendly face and smile who marked me up with precision. I was querying extra cosmetics procedures (360 lipo) and Dr O stated that it was not necessary therefore saving my money unlike others who would have probably performed it to get extra expense. Along with him, Catagay and Serra were there to explain everything to me and my partner and I was instantly at ease.

Being taken down to surgery the hospital was absolutely spotless, staff in the operating room friendly and cheerful and put a smile on my face at an unnerving time. Recovery was good and I was under constant supervision by their wonderful nurses.

dr o popped in every day up until my discharge and each time a huge welcome and a feeling of being thought about.

Hotel afterwards (kaya Izmir) was like a palace . Out of this world. And even though I had left the hospital both Serra and Catagay continued to catch up with us via WhatsApp

If I could give 6 stars I would. Faultless organisation. Outstanding care, DR o is a miracle worker and the coordinators should be proud of what they do. This journey wouldn’t have been the same without them.

I Stayed here for a MMO with MR, BA & Mons lift. From the moment I arrived I felt safe and supported. The patient coordinators, nurses and surgeon were all very lovely and happy to answer any questions I had and reassure my nervous self.
My pain levels were always kept to a minimum with IV pain meds, fluid and antibiotics being administered regularly.
I stayed at the Kordon hotel which was a good experience also. Nice hotel, nice staff, good location.
I would highly recommend this hospital and my surgeon Dr Ali Ozdemir, MD. His attention to detail and care is great.
Overall a great experience and I would gladly use them again.

Hi my name is Annie I came to this hospital on the 28th of August 2023 I wanted a mommy make over witch involved breast reduction uplift with implants I have big nreast but I wanted a few sizes smaller and firm as one off my breast one larger and a tummy tuck and 360 liposuction my breast are bigger than when I started this journey they left my old belly button it’s very noticeable I’ve messages and messages from me to them complaining they have answer/excuse for everything they don’t want to fix it or help when I lay flat.. you can see the implants in my breast you can actually put a finger under it I wish I did more research on this hospital now I’m stuck with this body I have looking at my self I have to now save to have surgery to fix there mistakes witch is costing me thousands

I came to egepol for facelift necklift and blepheraplasty and the care I recieved was outstanding. Catagey the co ordinator was so kind and helpful and answered any questions I had. Nothing was a problem. The surgeon hakan aydogan was compassionate and very skilled . The cleaning staff where top notch and the nurse care was prompt and I felt very very safe here. I had a bad experience 2 years ago in a different hospital but this place totally blew my mind. Dont have any doubts coming to egepol I'd come here over any hospital in England I highly reccomend. So clean and everyone so nice. Best experience I've had. Can't wait to see results

POSITIVE
I had mommy makeover of 30th December 2024.
I arrived in Izmir on 28th December and both me & my husband were chauffeured to the kaya Convention & Spa 5* hotel to relax until the following evening when we would be picked up and taken to Egepol Hospital.
Talk about Relax- it was amazing, myself and my husband were given a room overlooking the swimming pool, this pool was a outdoor heated pool in which we utilised the following day, we also had sauna, jacuzzi and used steam room, this helped me to relax as I was nervous about the operation.
In 29th Cagatay was in constant contact with me giving me information about pre-op tests, pick up time from hotel to Egepol hospital and the name of the chauffeur.
The pick up time was 22.00 pm, the chauffeur was prompt and again chauffeured in a luxury Vito.
Upon arrival to the hospital we were met by Cagatay and taken to our room on the ward, wow.. an immaculate spacious room with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms for me & my husband.
Cagatay gave me all information and consent forms for pre-op tests and the consent form for the operation. All forms where in English & Turkish and Cagatay talked me through everything to make sure I fully understood. I was then taken for all pre operative tests- bloods, chest x-ray, scan, weight, height, BMI, all tests were carried out in a timely manner and there was no waiting which I thought was excellent service.
On the morning of op Dr Ali Ozdemir, female co-ordinator called Serra, Cagatay and another male coordinator called Burak came to see me.
Dr Ali Ozdemir asked me what my expectations were, and what his recommendations for the best results would be. I was advised to have Extended Abdominalplasty, breast lift with removal of some tissue and liposuctions to my abdomen in which I was very happy with.
The operation went really well with no complications, I was looked after with the best care from the nurses in the ward and was even given a head to toe massage when I was uncomfortable laying on my back as I am used to sleeping on my belly.
Following the operation I was given regular IV paracetamol, and antibiotics. I was allowed out of bed 6 hours post op and walk up the ward with nurses by myside incase of any concerns.
The nurses attended to all my needs when required. Serra was with me throughout my operation and she made me feel at ease. Cagatay, Burak & Serra were there each and every day and if they were not at the hospital in person they were contactable 24hours a day if needed. The co-ordinators all speak fantastic English so there is no need to worry that nothing will be understood. From when I first enquired about a mommy makeover to booking it, I asked a lot of questions and either Cagatay or Burak would always give me an answer and if they did
not know the answer they would ask surgeon and get back to me with the answer an a timely manner.
Negative
The only negative thing I can say is I’ma very fussy eater and I was not keen on the hospital food but it was not a problem as there is a cafe/restaurant on the ground floor of the hospital and the food is gorgeous.
There is 1 thing I regret…. I should have met Dr Ali Ozdemir years ago and had a mommy makeover then as he is my hero… this man has changed my life completely he has given
me my confidence back and I have a body I’m happy with.

My wife had an operation in the Egepol in Feb 2025, the treatment she received from the surgeon down to the cleaning staff was exceptional. If you have any doubts or worries about having surgical procedures in Turkey, if you come to this hospital you will leave never worrying again. Thank you so much for everyones help and assistance especially Cato and Serra for doing so much an amazing job hosting us both.

I went for a mummy makeover in march 2024, all seemed good at first until around 4 weeks po when the swelling went down, I noticed my scar was quite high and I had dog ears on both sides and still had lots of loose skin which could of easily been removed, and a bulge at the top, I got told I had muscle repair but don’t think it was done all the way as I could still feel a gap, I also had lots of opening in my boobs which was infected, no one seemed bothered and I was told it would just heal now I’m left with horrible scars also one breast has already slipped and one nipple is about 1cm higher than the other, the after care was rubbish whenever I tried addressing my concerns I just got told it’s fine, I have since been for a revision tummy tuck with another surgeon and I’m now very happy with my stomach as all the loose skin is gone and my muscles repair was done again as he said I still had a big gap so not entirely sure what dr Ali did with the muscle repair, I also had a 360 tummy tuck with the revision which has given me great results, this should of been offered by dr Ali as it’s what I needed but he didn’t offer it not sure why he didn’t notice or mention that for the best results a 360 would of been best, I feel like he just goes very basic in terms of results
