I had a amazing experience with Sunshine and the good care of Irina and Alexander. From the first moment of contact till the last day of egg retrieval was the communication pleasant.
Our egg donor had 19 egg retrieved
16 were fertilized. On day 3, we had 12 embryo's and after pgt on day 5, we have frozen 9 embryo's of 4 (5AA), 5AB, 3BB,and 2 compact.

For over a year, my husband and I could not get pregnant. After several tests at the clinic, we were told - incompatibility. A friend advised me to use IVF, and I am grateful for that. I am a single woman who wanted to pursue my last children via surrogacy using donor eggs and sperm. I specifically wanted to find Kazakh egg donors, and after a lot of searching discovered Sunshine agency. I found several donors I liked and eventually chose one I really connected with. She recently traveled to Moscow for egg retrieval and I now have 15 oocytes in storage.

Through the entire process I have been communicating with Irina and I simply can't say enough positive things about her and the service of this company. I want to thank Irina from the bottom of my heart for the time and attention she gave us. I don't have enough words to express my gratitude. My wife and I tried to get pregnant three times in the last 5 years, did IVF with my wife's eggs, then took an anonymous donor, but it didn't work again. I had been working with Irina and Sunshine for a year now. For 6 months, I must have asked about over 50 donors. Never once did I feel like I was annoying Irina. She was set to donate to another family first. Irina updated me with all of her results and communicated with me through the whole process. When the donor was set to come to my country, Covid hit. During the wait, Irina sent me updates with how the donor was doing (which made me feel connected). I had some special requests for my donor (vitamins and supplements) and Irina made the arrangements to have the donor take these (the donor agreed). During our wait, my husband and I fell pregnant. When i told Irina, she was very happy for me. She had my refund processed and the money was in my account within the week.
Overall, I have been very satisfied with my experience. In the future, if I need an egg donor, I will be coming back to Sunshine!
