I cannot recommend this company too highly. Every aspect was great from the initial contact with the sales and marketing through to the final installation. The after installation follow up was also good.

Excellent Service
The company provided an excellent service: there was no "pushy" salesman but rather a visit from an informed consultant who demonstrated the product and its benefits clearly. The product was subsequently installed by their efficient and friendly team at the agreed time and without any complications. Very happy to recommend their service.

Promise Fulfilled
I can only say that this company has lived upto its promises. I have had 15 windows replaced and they look great. I had a problem with one set of windows but this was sorted in no time at all. Great team of workers.

Double glazed window pane and frame renewal - Eco Generation
You can be dubious of receiving calls out of the blue from such companies, as i was initially, but having agreed to a free efficiency analysis of our double glazing, windows and doors, i was reassuringly surprised by the speed of service, knowledge and information, agreeing to a full installation survey and cost of those units we wanted replacing. An installation date was agreed. The fitters arrived on time, were courteous, well mannered and above all knew their job. Thinking they would do well to finish in the day - i was both wrong and impressed. Issues arising with one of the window carcass replacements meant another visit was necessary involving the erection of scaffolding, which they organised. Throughout the whole process communication was excellent regarding time scale and procedure, something which is often lacking in my experience. The troublesome window was replaced without too much hassle in the new year. I have to say well done Eco Generation, thought the service was superb.

Professional and honest company
My experience of Eco generation home improvements ltd was excellent. Each step of the process from the first visit to the finished installation was great. I have faith in this company and would recommend to family and friends. They advised me that I didn't need to do anything with my frames and I only needed to upgrade my double glazed sealed units. There was no pressure sales. Very happy with the product and it's keeping my heat where it belongs on the inside.

Our experience of our new windows fitted by ECO Generation Home…
Our experience of ECO Generation Home Improvements was excellent. Each stage of the process was conducted professionally, efficiently and with a willingness to be clear and helpful. The advice given was always useful. The initial visit explained all the options clearly and patiently without any pressure. The measuring up process was the same was completed thoroughly and again fully explained. The fitting of the new windows was very efficient and tidy with no mess or damage. Overall we are vey pleased with the result of each stage and overall. The staff were a pleasure to meet.

ECO Generation
ECO Generation, has much to offer. They will grow in stature as the business grows. Demonstrating many attributes that sustain quality :- Leadership committed top management. Process Control demonstrated by good planning, fittings delivered, works checked by surveys, backed up by positive response to any problematic issues! Involvement of interested parties were ongoing, with risk based decisions constantly being delivered due to inclement weather and job delay..
Having 26windows & front door etc…. was no mean task, finally big thanks to Khurrum Izi (Sales/surveyor)) and Craig (End of project Surveyor) for there constant contact and approval of on going works.
