Everything ok.

I bought this for my girlfriend who is coming over for the summer. Activating the SIM card via her email was very quick-quick registration and allows her to send messages over data. Data is fast enough to find places via google maps and watch videos.

This is great if u are in a pinch and need a back up if your cell service is not working correctly.

I go to Taiwan about once a year. Always looking for a'phone' solution. I typically get myself the 4g portable data access( this is my go- to). However this year I got this eSIM and used it as well...this works well. Arriving at TPE my phone automatically hooks into the wifi as it's pre-set each year.:) this allowed me to set up the eSIM.. and it worked flawlessly while i was there. I'm very happy with this product!

If you plan to travel to china and your phone uses eSIM, and either your phone company doesn't have roaming service there ( like mine-Visible), or it is too expensive for the roaming service. I strongly suggest u get this eSIM card. Activation and customer service is easy. As soon as i landed in china, my phone was good to go.

i had problems loading the eSIM and needed to contact the provider. They came back to me the same day, checked my phones compatibility and informed me it wasn't compatible. The gave me the option to use on a different device or a refund. I took the refund and it was repaid immediately. Excellent customer service and support

If you're going to China and using an eSIM, i highly recommend this one! Although i didn't pre-register, i activated it as soon as i landed in Shanghai. Just scan the QR code, turn on roaming, and you're good to go. Great coverage, no dropouts even in the city or suburbs. Lots of data, fast speeds, and no need for a VPN for mail or whatapp,..something a local SIM can't do!
