Not Worth the Risk
I attempted to make a purchase from Ehobbex.com run by Vakaris Stakauska in Lithuania, but they do not accept credit cards or PayPal. Instead, they only offer payment methods with limited buyer protection, such as Wise, bank transfers, or cash.
They also do not provide shipping insurance, meaning orders are shipped entirely at the customer's risk. If a package is lost in transit, they do not offer compensation.
In addition to that packages mailed from Lithuania are frequently lost in transit and many consumers are complaining about that problem.
In addition, communication in English was poor, making it difficult to resolve issues. I experienced unsatisfactory customer service, an unnecessarily complicated refund process, and a general lack of transparency throughout the transaction.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
