I have never looked for work through an agency before. Sarah and Laura Jane made the whole experience very pleasant. They were both very friendly and helpful and happy to answer all my questions. They also kept me informed and offered support and guidance all the way through the process which was very fast I applied for the position on Thursday and was employed by Monday afternoon.

Laura has been a star from initial telephone meeting, helping me prep for interview and then frequent calls after starting new job to see how im getting on. Would highly recommend Laura and ER Recruitment.

A huge thank you to ER Recruitment and Laura for helping me to land the perfect job! After relocating to Leicester, I struggled to find a permanent Marketing role in the Charity sector. Laura was great at keeping in touch and regularly informed me about potential roles that were not only suitable for my experience, but ones that would be a good cultural fit. Dealing with ER Recruitment has given me faith again with the process of dealing with 'the recruiter'. From the start Laura was an excellent point of contact, ensuring that I was informed on the role and that there wouldn't be any surprises during my application.

I was lucky that the process of my application moved quickly and Laura was equally as quick ensuring that I was constantly in the loop and was always there to check in and make sure that I was ok with what was being asked of me.

My final interview involved a task which Laura offered to sense check for me which was extremely useful. During the week of my final interview, Laura was getting married and quite rightly, was off work. At no point did I feel ignored or palmed off with dealing with her colleague Eileen.

Eileen was great - again checking in and making sure I was ok and ensuring that I had complete peace of mind during the whole process.

When I was offered the role, both Laura and Eileen respectively got in touch and again have been checking in with me during my first month in the new role.

It 100% should be what all recruitment is like - whether you land the job or not. ER recruitment put a real personality behind the process which undoubtedly makes you feel at ease and perform better.

Well everyone have a many personal assistant or Secretary for their life plan, same example I can say I can give that ER Recruitment and it’s Recruitment Consultant named Scarlett is my personal assistant for my employment career who hold my hand and put me in a right direction and not finished there but every steps of career she walks with me and push me.
