I am a tech at a Mobility company that repairs equipment amongst other things we had somebody bring in any low spacewalk and I reached out to them for replacement parts I would say that all in all it was a pleasant experience the only thing was is that I was obviously talking to ai and yet they had a picture of a human being. The AI was knowledgeable and good at its job I just don't understand the deception.

Just bought an Elleo Spacewalk scooter from a friend and had questions regarding accessories and parts. Could not find it so started a support chat with a representative by the name of Ava. What a pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable rep. This individual spent a least an hour supporting my needs and even found the correct parts. This is very rare when it comes to customer service. The encounter today with Ava tells me the quality and service of the company. Customer gravitate towards company like Eilleo because we trust the company that stand by their product base on the reflection of their employees. Definitely will refer friends and family in the near future. Thanks again for all your help, Ava.

Do NOT buy from these scammers. I had gotten an email saying that they didn’t have the product in stock , even though their website says they do have it. I had to threaten them with making a dispute. I got my money back but god damn what a waste of time. Ignore all the 5 star reviews, they are BOTS. Again, do NOT buy, you’ve been warned.

I am really impressed with the H5 Pro e-bike. It’s tiny, but it has a lot of features, good power, good range, I can carry my daughter on the passenger seat, and it’s very affordable. It’s a simple, solid bike that doesn’t break the bank

While I love the product and think that it is very well made and some of the best in quality I’m more pleased with the customer service from them it deserves 10 stars! I purchased Spacewalk M6 for my son in January 2025. The order arrived quickly and customer service was responsive with questions before and after purchase. The bike is great size for small riders. Price is budget friendly and was easy to assemble the wheel.

Had a great experience with Eilleobike. Shipping was quick, customer service was responsive, and the scooter arrived just as described. Everything went smoothly, no complaints at all. Would definitely recommend.

The Eillio Space Walk is a fun bike for young, or smaller riders. The design is modern and for the price, it is capable.

There are some cheaper components on the bike, like the brakes and rear shocks, but that's to be expected on a budget friendly bike. It still feels well built.

Would recommend for someone getting into ebikes.
