Still waiting on a refund, support (Chloe) is not responding to my emails
My order was never received from the shipping company. I made contact with Chloe from support, who was very polite and helpful. She offered to replace the order and I agreed. After several weeks the order again was not received from the shipping company. Chloe offered to refund the purchase and I agreed. After another several weeks, the refund has not been received. I tried reaching out to Chloe and she will no longer respond to my emails. This process has taken over 8 months. I paid for a product that I did not receive, did not receive the promised refund, and now support (Chloe) has stopped responding to my emails. I tried reaching her using a different email and she answered the first one but after being told that it was me, she quit responding again.
