Delivery can be slow but that's due to new federal laws that prohibit the postal service or UPS and FedEx from shipping vapes and smokeless tobacco products. Shipments come through common carriers that sometimes take a long time, more than a week in most instances. On the good side they will ship to most states AND they carry some products/brands you can find nowhere else. I've ordered through them several times and aside from a longer than average wait I've had no problems and the products have always been excellent.

One of the only online vendors with my brand and flavor in stock. Purchases were fine for around a year of buying from their online store until the last purchase I received my vapes that were dead on arrival, no lights on the vape, wouldn’t charge or nothing - completely malfunctioning before they even came out the box. It has been over a month since I reported the issue and I have sent several emails to their customer service department and no one sees fit to respond or acknowledge my emails. I will not spend another dollar at this company. The customer service was always slow and I had to send a second follow up to get any acknowledgment up until the last time and they have flat out ignored me and the dead ass vapes they sent me. I’m out money and any replacements. Find another vendor online to make your purchase with.

Long story but they stole money from me. First only shipped half my order, after 3 emails they finally replied when I suggested further action. They gave me a “store credit” zero communication where my funds went or the fact they only shipped half my order. So I said I wanted refund back on my card and would be seeking no further buisness with them. I also informed them the $70 credit they gave me was not enough, it only covered the product, not the shipping they charged. (18 to ship what I ordered, 10 to ship what they actually shipped) I told them my refund better include the shipping difference, it didn’t. They stole $8 from me. Horrible company and better hope everything goes smooth because you cannot get ahold of anyone unless you threaten further action. Thieves IMO

I received my order within 8 days. It's exactly what I ordered, looks to be in great shape. Opened shipping package but not device yet, but packaging is in tact and looks fine. Just letting others know bc I've seen many bad reviews. Maybe it's different w juice vs devices.

Excellent brands, wonderful flavors the cost beats every store in Phoenix. Front door delivery within 1-2 weeks. Never been disappointed in 2 years.

So I just found out it’s illegal to deliver juice and disposable vapes to Oregon and they’ve shipped me 2 orders now! I’m waiting on another order, which I doubt I’ll get and have to file a claim with my bank for my money back. I’ve emailed them multiple times for my money back to no avail. I just found this out after I’d already placed my order so I highly doubt I’ll get my order now as their customer service is terrible and non existent and they never reply. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I placed another order, not knowing Oregon passed a bill in 2021 making it illegal to ship juice and disposable. I absolutely do not recommend this company as they break the law, never respond to customer service emails. After I placed my order I got a reply back stating I’d get a confirmation email. It’s been 5 days and no such email or any email from them. When I look up my order on their website it says it’s been fulfilled, but they just took my money and ran. Never use this company and I’ll be filing a claim with the BBB.

Worst customer service ever they will do whatever to avoid rectifying your issue. Do not spend your money you will regret it as soon as something's wrong because they will not help you

I ordered from them one time in the past no problems, when I placed a second order I got a email immediately saying thank you for your order. Two days later I get an email saying I needed to provide a copy of my license and credit card, I'm 57 and disabled so no driving license, and I use virtual debit cards to shop on line so no physical card. So I emailed them a copy of my license the last time I could drive which was about 8yrs ago I also send a recent selfie and explain to them there is no physical card "for security reasons" but I did provide a picture from my banking app of the virtual card. Oh and they also immediately took my money not placing a hold till the order was processed like most online shops, and wouldn't you know the next day I get an email saying my order was cancelled and it would take 3 to 5 days to get my money back.
Just terrible practices and unprofessional.

At first glance the packaging looks legit but when you hold the vape juice bottle next to a real/legit counterpart you can tell there are more then 4-5 inconsistency’s. The juice I received was awful tasting. Watch out this company has money to scam people in a way not easy to find. Further more they won’t send your package out to be delivered most times until you send multiple emails to support. Again…I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY SELL FAKE AND IMITATION VAPE JUICES.

Tried to order juice,they withdrew my money then cancelled my order.trying to talk to another person is near impossible.I was told that it’s my fault cause I didn’t check some box and that my money would be returned in three to five days

First off, I am a consumer. Secondly, EVERYONE NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND THE LAWS HAVE CHANGED!!! The amended PACT Act statute bans the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) from mailing vapes and other smokeless tobacco products. This also bans UPS & FedEx. So everything is shipped via common carrier. This is why deliveries are taking longer to get to us consumers. It is not the fault of the supplier. It is your government's fault! After reading some of the reviews I was a little apprehensive to order from ejuices.com I placed my order on April 3rd & it arrived today, April 11th. I live in Florida so I am impressed with the speed of delivery. Plus, they have some of the best prices around. I have ordered from other companies & have waited for up to 3 weeks to get my order.

This company is crap. I ordered 84 dollars worth of their vapes and never received them. When I reached out to them I was told to file a claim so I did. After I filed the claim I was told my package was lost. I never received my refund or my package. I reached out to them several times and now my emails won’t even send because my claim was closed by them!

OK this company has suck tracking and suck customer service but..... they are honest they tell you they have to use small shipping co. To deliver due to ejuice needing a signature now . I knew that it wasn't a scam when they refunded a flavor they ran short of . They are cheap they have alot of tobacco nic salt it is a middle man type thing with 1 taking orders and a fulfillment center somewhere KY filling them . Most importantly there honest and not a scam . I knew people on here are mad cause of long shipping and I wanted to tell people you will get your stuff or your money . We are so used to things coming in 2 days due to the new world of online buying but they are straight with you if you read the small print got mine in 9 days

I had read several bad reviews and was reluctant to place an order but they had the juice I wanted and the maker of the juice said eJuices.com was a vendor and assured me it would be ok to order from them so I took a chance.

I was amazed I received a military discount very easily and also got a order received email with tracking about a day later and received my full order in about 10 days and with the way PACT is that’s pretty good on shipping.

I will gladly order from them again and hope for the same.

Remind you I am off work fridays and was home all day. There was no deliver attempted no note left saying they tried to deliver this product. I was here and my door bell never rang. I reached out to customer care with ejuices who reaches out to some sketch shipping company, and than forwards the shipping company’s response which stated they attempted delivery 4/29 and no one was home. Complete rubbish. Giving it until Friday and I’ll be disputing these charges

First time ordering from this site and it was a horrible experience!! Don't waste your money on them. I ordered on 3/3/22 and my order didn't ship until a week later and then about 12 days later was delivered to the wrong address. My address isn't complicated and my house numbers are very clear to see on my gate door. I contacted them and was told to contact ROUTE to file a claim. I did that and route ordered my package again and that was delivered to the wrong house again!! The shipping carrier this company uses is some 3rd party nonsense of a company whose tracking site is very vague with no name or phone number to be reached at. I contacted route again and told them the shipping company delivered my 2nd order to the wrong house again and route said they would refund my money at that point. I have tried to email juices support team about 15 times now since this mess started and I keep getting rejection emails from them. They are nothing but scammers and don't care about where the shipping company they use delivers their customer's packages. I will stick to the one site I know that uses a well-known shipping company and never messes up my shipments or deliveries. Guess I had to learn the hard way by trying a new site. Stay away from this site.

ordered $100 wroth of vape supplies. It has been over a month and I'm still waiting on movement in the tracking info. All emails listed for the company come back as bad email addresses warning that they don't exist. BAD BAD company....if it even exists anymore
