Did not stand by Terms of Business - Returns/ Refunds
Bought 2 pairs of shoes- they arrived when I was away, when I got home I tried on shoes and were both too narrow for my foot. Wanted to return them both still in their boxes, even with the original packaging I received them, in BUT outside the 7 day notification period for the return. However, well within the 30 days of return that they specified in the Terms of Business. They would not accept my return for refund or even offer a full credit for my return even though they would get the shoes back within the 30 days timeframe detailed. Was offered a $20 voucher towards my next purchase! Laughable I wont be buying again! Would definitely not buy from such cowboys retailers again.......

Ordered a pair of wedges in size 6.5
Ordered a pair of wedges in size 6.5, if you look it up that is size 37 and I was sent size 36. I understand people makes mistakes but I waste my money on your cheap Temu product and that’s what it is so everyone knows that yep you pay double for the same brand of shoes, found that out yesterday. I opened a dispute since the company would do nothing except say they was right to keep your money. Do not buy from this company, they will rip you off, keep your money and PayPal refuses to keep their promise for consumer protection so this company gets to keep my money for sending me the wrong product. The saddest part is PayPal stands behind the companies ripping ppl off.
