They are not responding whenever I call ekytes travel. I request for refund but everytime, they are saying that it will take time. It's almost about 8 months. They sent me an email before few months, written that they will give me the refund but now they are not even answering the call. Ekytes travel have very bad service regarding to flight booking. I don't recommend anyone to go with ekytes travel. They just want money from us. No service at all. Avoid this company. Absolute Criminals - in anyone's world this is theft.

Wonderful sevice..
The service provided by Ekytes Travel was wonderful. The plan for travelling to India during this troublesome time was so sudden and they have helped me in booking the ticket without any hustle so fast. So efficient service.The representative Anshul helped me from start till end.Cleared my queries and doubts whenever I had.The reply for messages was so prompt without any delay.I will absolutely approach them for their service again.

Worst experience with Ekytes on air…
Worst experience with Ekytes on air ticket cancellation.
Till the time i booked my air tickets, Ekytes was good but once i requested cancellation due to death in my family they charged huge cancelation fees and denied to do complete refund inspite of me submitting medical docs and death certificate and charged huge cancelation fees.
I escalated to airlines and after submitting the death certificate i got the refund from the airline but remaining charges of Ekytes are still pending which Ekytes has denied to refund.
