Après un mois d'attendre le produit commandé et plusieurs relances sans réponse de leur part, j'ai fait une croix sur cet article et 70$.
C'est définitivement des escrocs!

I ordered 2 linen tshirts. Material is not linen, it is from polyester. Very bad quality

100% Scam company (before it was HVSTLE). Sell Chinese scam products for very high prices. Even then you would be lucky if you actually receive the product.
They have sent me the wrong size and don't want do a refund and stop all communication.

NEVER BUY from them and report this scammer!

Product looks NOTHING like it does online!! It is two of the worst produced garments I have ever seen! The online picture shows a thickly padded looking dinner style jacket originally listed for $109.99. I first saw the company advertise on FB. The picture showed a rich camel colored material. Weeks later... I received a super thin mustard yellow shirt. It is so bad I would call this "Bait and Switch"! The yellow material is a cheap "pilly" velour that is not at all was pictured. The front button came with a two inch wide tangle of thread on the front and back. The front pocket is not real and is just a crooked rectangle poorly stitched on the front. The side buttons on the sleeves overlap each other and are not in a straight line. They also have tread hanging off and is interconnected to each button. The web picture shows a nice black inner fabric. My item came with a shiny yellow nylon inner material! (I wish I could share photos here!) I used their sizing chart to order my jackets and the both are 4" shorter in the sleeves that the chart and the chest is also off by 3"! The jackets both say XL. I contacted customer support and asked for a refund and shipping label. I sent several pictures showing the extremely poorly constructed garment that I was sent. They said they could not send me a label for my return. I asked if they had looked at the pictures? They ignored my question. I asked why I should pay for a return of an item that was clearly not the same one pictured on their site. They told me that I had agreed to the "terms" once I ordered from them. I again asked if they had looked at the pictures... Ignored the question again. I asked if there was a supervisor I could speak with because they should be made aware of these bad products being sent out to customers. I asked again for a phone number to discuss my issues. This is the response I got:
"We currently do not have a number that you can call our only way of contact is through email. We have sent you what you've purchased and before that purchased you've agreed to our policy and know that we do not cover any shipping expenses.

If you try calling them the number just plays a recording saying to contact them through email. So they have effectively cut you off so you can't reach anyone other than Tyrone in support! He will not give you any other information or additional contacts. I never write reviews but this is just one of the worst online buying experiences ever!! I am worried about even shipping this back for a refund. A reviewer on Trustpilot recently said "...nothing like the photo. Promised a refund twice but it’s never happened". I also reported this company to the BBB.

Bought 2 coats. Looked very nice on their websites. Coats were both cheap pieces of Chinese crap Will never buy from them again. Beware!

I paid for an item and never received it. I sent several emails and never got a response. They are crooks!
