We are truly sorry for the embarrassment this caused you and we completely understand your frustration.
Having looked into your order, your package was dispatched in a supplier's box which carries the words "Medical Supplies" on the exterior. While no product details were printed on the box, we fully appreciate that even general labelling of this nature can cause embarrassment, particularly when deliveries are made in view of others.
We are reviewing our packaging process as a direct result of your feedback, including how we handle supplier boxes for sensitive product categories. This is exactly the kind of feedback that helps us improve.
