I cannot recommend Eldrons service enough. They hold your hand from start to finish. I was a solo first time buyer struggling with bidding and my search for dream starter home in Dublin, searching for over a year before I came across Shane O Connors service. On top of that I am a busy professional who values her time off. Eldron took the hassle away completely and it did not finish when contracts were signed. Shane along with Daniel have been invaluable in their guidance and assistance with renovations works of my house. I would highly recommend this service

We would have been lost without Shane and his very experienced team. They knew the true value of property, and guided us away from bad property choices by highlighting problems we hadn’t even thought of. They took away the uncertainty and worry that comes with such a large investment.
We were so impressed we wouldn’t attempt to buy another property without their input.

Highly recommended to anyone buying a property in Dublin from overseas. Being based in Melbourne it would have been almost impossible to buy a property in Ireland. I found Shane and his staff very helpful and professional throughout the whole process and found Shane excellent at explaining the whole process if I had any concerns or questions along the way.

We moved to Dublin from the US, where you have a buyers agent that does all leg work for you. We really struggled with our house search and the buying process in Dublin, until we came across Eldron Property services! Shane was recommended to us by a friend. Fantastic service, very knowledgeable and experienced when comes to house hunting. Ton of connections to estate agents and always has some off market deals on offer. Bought a house in D6 a couple of months after engaging Eldron.

Difficult Process made Simple
Hiring Eldron made finding our house a breeze. What is typically considered a stressful and demoralizing process was very simple with the team at Eldron. They found great options for us and we were quickly able to make our decision. They supported us through the whole buying process and even beyond. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Having Eldron on board made such a huge difference to what would have been a massively daunting and stressful process. Shane is an absolute expert in the field. He knows the market intimately and has a personal knowledge of the Real Estate process, which proved to be invaluable during the bidding process. Shane is also an absolute pleasure to deal with. Extremely friendly and approachable and always available to provide sound advice and talk through my ideas and overall thoughts. I was wearing out the leather in my shoes from viewing different apartments and speaking with different agents also I kept losing in the bidding process.

I was frustrated at the time but had a fantastic experience meeting Eldron and I was really sold after a strategic conversation meeting the Managing Director Shane O Connor for Lunch.

When I decided to move from Singapore to Dublin with my young family, having never really been to Dublin before the prospect of buying a house was a daunting one!

After a month or so of making little progress, we were recommended to reach out to Shane and I am very glad we did! Even before we arrived, Shane got us thinking about what we wanted, but also started to manage our expectations in what is a very competitive market.

Once we arrived in Dublin we needed to move quickly and once again, without Shane this would not have been possible. Shane quickly showed us around Dublin and educated us further on the market, but he also made sure we weren't wasting time getting lost in the search.

We arrived in Dublin at the beginning of March and we were delighted to move into our house on the 1st June....much quicker than we thought possible! Shane helped us get through each step of the process as quickly as possible. He saved us money during the negotiation and also amazingly managed to renovated our house in two weeks so we could move into what felt like a new house!!
