Anchor is an established and proven Brand that was not easily available in the Retail market locally. But the online store made me buy the exact product and in the shortest possible time. It was also worth paying the shipping fee considering the petrol cost if I had to buy from any retail store in Chennai.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that our shipping policy clearly mentions free delivery for orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a standard shipping charge of ₹50 is applicable. Additionally, a COD handling fee of ₹100 is charged for all Cash on Delivery orders.

No secure packing. Original carton box is damaged during delivery of the product. The product is not damaged. Chance of breakage of LED light due to unsafe packing.
