I strongly advise everyone to avoid "Jasmine." We placed an order and paid €141 via bank transfer. Unfortunately, the items we received were completely different from what we ordered and paid for—essentially useless material.
Since the delivery, the supplier has gone completely silent. They are not responding to any of our emails, and they do not pick up the phone. This is a highly unprofessional and fraudulent practice.
Save your money and look for a legitimate supplier elsewhere. We are currently taking further steps to report this transaction.
I am writing this to warn all potential customers and fellow consumers: Elecsemi is a fraudulent company.
Do not trust them with your money. We paid €141 via bank transfer for specific materials, and they sent us completely different, worthless items. Since the payment was cleared, they have completely ignored our emails and phone calls. This is a clear case of professional scamming.
As consumers, we must protect ourselves from such predators. I urge everyone to stay away from Elecsemi and Jasmine. Do not fall for their trap—they are absolute scammers

Our Experience (November 2025)

Payment was made to a Hong Kong bank account under the company name above.

After payment, the goods were not received.

Communication became inconsistent after funds were transferred.

We later found multiple similar reports from other buyers online.

We are sharing this experience to encourage due diligence before engaging in transactions with this entity.

I purchased Fluke multimeters, but only the test leads were delivered. After attempting to contact their sales representative, Jasmine (whose voice sounded Chinese), to rectify the issue, she ignored. To date, I have neither received the correct items nor a refund. These guys are real fraudsters. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM JASMINE, DON'T!!!.... I REPEAT, DON'T

ELECSEMI TECHNOLOGY IS A SCAM. JASMINE IS THE SCAMMER IN CHARGE.

I got a proforma invoice from a lady called Jasmine. I paid and she never delivered the goods. This happened October 2025. Up to now she has not yet refunded me. During our early days of communication she said that she is not allowed to use WhatsApp at work.

Please stay away from this lady and her fake company called ELECSEMI, they will scam you.
