Everything's fine
Everything's fine, the delivery was on time. The bike is in good condition. The only thing is, the box smelled like mice, and there's rust on the pipe where there's no paint. It's weird, but not fatal. And it looks like one bolt is missing from the leg.

We bought a dirt bike for our son and…
We bought a dirt bike for our son and after a long search, we finally found the perfect one, it even exceeded our expectations! The quality is excellent, assembly was quick and easy, and the battery life is great. We also received it the very next day, which was a lovely surprise.
Our child is absolutely thrilled with it! Thank you so much for such a fantastic product and outstanding service.

‘The Best Services’
Electric Power is one of the best cycle stores in Dublin.
I honestly don’t know where to start when reviewing them—from buying my e-bike, to assembling it, to purchasing accessories even a year later after my warranty had expired.
The owner went out of his way to get my e-bike fixed as quickly as possible. I contacted him about my issue just three days ago, and the next message I received was that the required part had been shipped from Germany. Within three days, the part arrived and my bike was ready.
This is what true customer service looks like.
Without a second thought, he is the person to go to if you want to buy an e-bike and receive excellent service both during the purchase and long after the sale.

Not good customer service
Electricpower.ie sent an email with a quote for bike to work scheme and stated the following. "Please note we offer the best price in the market for this model for bike to work scheme and if you find elsewhere cheaper we will beat that price"
When I told them I had a cheaper price (Which I have, much cheaper) they just stated "If you get it cheaper that fine"

If you found better price for someone with no VAT registered business in Ireland as only them can offer that price you can always go with them.
Noone can offer this bike for the price you sent me legitimately way.
That's why if you're shopping around and found better price my advice is to go with them.

Quite easy to deal with
I ordered an electric bike despite reservations as I did not know anything about this company but I had no problems at all. The company delivering the bike was three days late but it arrived intact and was relatively easy to put together( by my husband). Overall I was pleased with the transaction.

Ordered an ebike from France
Ordered an ebike from France. Model received was not the exact version of the bike but this was a mistake from the distributor/factory. The store offered recollecting the bike but I decided to keep it as the version I wanted is not available anymore anyway. Got a accessory as compensation. Overall very happy with this purchase. Good communication from customer care, they are very responsive.

Excellent E-Bike Seller
In my firm opinion Electric Power is one the best e-bike store in Dublin.
All e-bikes are at the best discounted price and not only sale services, but after sales service is also very good.
They got my part delivered that i needed from Germany within 5 days.
Kudos to their team and work ethic!!
They replied me within minutes for all of my queries.

This person never purchased anything from us.
This is just terrible liar and anyone who saw previous reviews it's been 22h negative reviews since 13.11.25 from same person.
Everyone is aware this not possible to get so many negative reviews by selling brand new bikes and scooters with insured methods of payments with 5 to 7 days delivery time.
You need to be more creative with your PROVOCATIONS.
You are exactly same person from Dundalk since 13.11.25 harming my business using provocations, newly created and existing Trustpilot accounts, relative's accounts, fake ones and anywhere he can.
You are very anxious I keep receiving 5 star reviews from other customers as you are just trying to make a damage to my business and low down Trustpilot score.
He is extremely involved in creating negative reviews aty Trustpilot account.
This person is continuously harming my business, my family and me since 13.11.25.
His employer made a payment for his bike through the bike to work scheme and I deliver this bike to him myself to Dundalk during the storm as he was very demanding it need to be ASAP. He also was pushing me to deliver the bike straight away as he's employer made a payment on Thursday and I work till 6pm so I should check if I got money by transfer or not. Transfer takes few days sometimes. I found out the payment is completed next day which is totally ok and contacted him to deliver the bike myself 80km away from Dublin to Dundalk.
He is looking for 200€ refund from me which is totally nonsense as he planned this all after the bike delivery. His employer made a payment for his bike for bike to work scheme and he is looking for refund into his personal account which he supplied to me. His employer was notified about it.
Since 13.11.25 till today I received 22th negative suspicious reviews from various accounts, his relatives and friends and his new accounts he created to harm my business.
He also used my Facebook profile and mentioned my private wedding details and found out where my wife works. He said he will not recommend my wife's workplace to any of customers. My wife's work place was notified about potential harm.
This perfidious individual sent to my wife's workplace which is Pharmacy and pharmacy association complaint in relation to my reply at Trustpilot.
Totally trying to make as much harm as possible to my and my wife's workplace
This person must have some issues there's no question about it. I found it out once I saw his face first time upon bike's delivery.
There's plenty of help around but he must be left on his own.
He is IT guy so he apparently knows what he's doing to be incognito and still harm my business with lowering the Trustpilot score.
Trustpilot agent are passively monitoring the situation and I'm in touch with them.
I contacted his employer who purchased the bike for him (not himself purchased it) and I was assured by principal he will have a meeting and things will be explained to him. Since that I even got more negative reviews through his harmful behavior.
Please note my last negative review was in August and April 2025 and now it's 22th negative reviews since 13.11.25.
Please also be aware that this person is interacting with me by various ways by email, Whatsapp or messages then is making provocation to have a clear basic to continusly harm and send new negative Trustpilot review.
We offer the brand new products in the box and mostly nothing can go wrong here. We are not forcing any customers to purchasing from us. We are responsive to any messages for any potential inquiries to everyone.
Please be aware where are all those negative reviews coming from.
Please also note confrontation with organics reviews is extremely hard as Trustpilot is not really defending business like us concerning the reviews as genuine.
We offer top service for brand new products and after interaction with you we definitely not laughing at any of customers ;)

I had a good experience buying the Randride YX20M plus bike from Electric Power.
The first bike I tried to buy was not available but the agent was helpful in trying to find an alternative bike for me.
The website could be improved if it had the option to be able to filter bikes according to specifications.
The bike arrived pretty quickly and came with accessories like a helmet, saddle bag and bike pump, as well as front and back lights. It also came with tools for installation.
The bike works really well and I am extremely happy with it :)
