So far had a lot of bother with the delivery, evri up to now insisted there was no one in to receive delivery when there most definitely was.

We can see that you left this review very shortly after being notified by the courier that the parcel was delivered to the ParcelShop, which you had previously requested the delivery to be diverted to and had collected the parcel from the ParcelShop the same day this review was left, so we're not entirely sure why exactly you have left us a one star review?

Excellent quality EV charge cable at very competitive price. Slightly longer delivery time than I expected, although maybe not in current climate with delivery issues everywhere. Would not hesitate to recommend this company. Overall, very pleased I purchased from them. 5 stars!

I am sorry that your delivery arrived late. This is an issue related with Hermes and whilst we will pass on your feedback, we could have looked into this for you if you had contacted us regarding this prior.

The charging cable seems to work OK
The charging cable seems to work OK, it took just 3 hours to get the car from 80% to 100%, whch I am happy with.
I received the cable on the 6th after having ordered it on the 29th, so thats one week.

Needed a longer cable for the BMW 225xe (10m as opposed to the standard 5m cable supplied) and EV were helpful in selecting the right one, simple ordering process and Hermes have just delivered to the door, and touch wood - all seems to be working! Happy Days!

Excellent service.
Ordered a 10m cable to charge my electric Mini. Really helpful and speedy advice about which cable to get and it was delivered promptly. Well packaged. Only criticism is that it is virtually impossible to get the charger back into the bag it came in but it'll go in the one that came with the car.
