I walked in, he greeted me at the door, answered my questions, showed me other TV options to what I had purchased on the internet, wheeled out my 85" Samsung & loaded it in my truck for me. All this & Brody told me he earned 'no' commission because I bought over the internet. Thank you Brody!

I purchased a washer online to replace the old one that had just conked out. My order arrived on the day and time as I requested. I was given updates before and during and after delivery. Everyone involved was professional and courteous. No problems at all. Will definitely do business with Electronic Express again.
Ordered Night Owl DVR on line and called yo make sure it was there. Then drove 30 miles to pick it up to be told they did not have it.
Took to long to let me know it was out of stock. Took like 4 days now notification that order was processing.

I purchased a TV and sound bar. The TV was a 1 and done on display. I informed them the TV would be picked up 9/6 or 9/7. When the person's came on 9/7 the TV is still hanging up not boxed and ready to go. When the TV arrived it did not have the stand to hold TV. I called and inquired and was told it would be checked on and she was told to tell me it did not have a stand. Directions for TV showed a stand. Thank you Sherry for bringing me a stand on 9/11/24. I was not satisfied with the customer service.
The Good:
Price; Installers arrived within designated window, and removed old appliances and got the new ones in quickly.
The bad:
Installers did not have tools to unhook water line. Unable to install microwave. Stove has dents. Have not been reached out to as promised.
Delivery people were excellent & on time, great communication

I would of given a 5 star, but! I don't have my paperwork to tell me what my payments are and date of payment. Also! My microwave was damaged some. My husband and I said it was fine, but! After the delivery guys left. I look at it more and decided I wanted another microwave. They told me someone would call me and let me know when they could bring me another microwave. I never received a call back. I have called the warehouse 4 different times. They told me that my microwave was out of stock and they didn't know when more would come in. That wasn't good that they never called me back. Customer are always supposed to come first. I still have a damaged microwave. At less they should take some off the price of my microwave since they don't want to give me another microwave. I didn't like that I had to keep calling them.
Would like to give kudos to Parker in the Hermitage store. He has a real passion for TV's and helped me navigate through OLED vs QLED.
The associate that waited on me at the checkout lane took all the time needed to make my purchase & also a propane grill that was not in STOCK at any store near by.
Have purchased in store & online in the last 30 days. Both experiences have been great. Staff in store was friendly & very helpful.
Online purchase was easy & was delivered to my door on time & with care.

Excellent selection and Deonte’s knowledge of appliances, especially the washers/dryers is impeccable. This was the best retail experience I’ve had in years. Electronics Express in Hermitage has the best customer service and is definitely the best place to get anything electronic.
