Give me back the $100. I paid extra, it was that much less at another vendor and not worth the money it was claimed by the employee. I'm going back to Sky High Audio. Signed EXTREMELY PISSED

Sales associate was excellent, very knowledgeable, helpful & was a pleasure to work with-really appreciated him!.. Also really love, that EE has dedicated sales associates on the floor to greet & help guide customers to what they are looking for! They offer further help after guiding you to the section you need but are NOT overly pushy like they are desperate to make a sale! EXCELLENT 20 out of 10 to sales team!
When making large/expensive purchases, we prefer to go into a store, see the actual product so we can really check it out...not blindly throwing money at something we may not even like or that may not work for our family. With that said, This is the 2nd time EE has had the best in-store selection &prices as well! First with a Laptop & this time on a Washing Machine. EE wasn't really somewhere we had previously thought to shop but in my search for a laptop, I happend up on a sale add & they earned a loyal customer with how pleased we were with that interaction& purchase.
This time, we purchased a "Whirpool" 2 in 1 Washing Machine w/Removeable agitator& even tho we did choose one that had to be ordered, it only took them 2days to have it at our local store for us to pick up.! They loaded it in our truck for us & were very pleasant--really appreciated the customer service threw the entire process! We did purchase the extended warranty, which the sales associate mentioned as an option but wasn't overly pushy as if trying to force the sale.
Their prices are VERY competitive! On both our purchases, their pricing has been significantly less than other local retailers!
EE Was Over $200 LESS Than Others Had The Same Washer Listed For! 🤯🤯
We are VERY PLEASED with our purchase& the team at EE! Not only would we recommend them, I have already to my in laws as well as several other family members & friends!
Also, side note- they literally have the biggest variety & run great sales/deals!
They carry Sooo Much More than I ever thought before shopping with them We will most definitely be loyal customers for any items we may need that they carry!

It took three times before I got the right refrigerator. Everyone was nice but I wasted several days waiting around for each delivery attempt. So far, the refrigerator still works well.

Our sales person was very helpful. She responded quickly to texts. I was disappointed that when the range arrived you no longer had a tech who knew how to install a downdraft range leaving us to figure it out.
