Scam alert!!!!! before deal with online scammers read it!!!!.

I had placed an order number 16996 to Electroniksindia as known as skullsaints onyx mini pc by made a initial down payment as 10000/- successfully through snapmint. Snapmint is available this seller Electroniksindia on their payment section.

When product reached to me and I tried to use the product they got overheat so quickly and no software like windows, drivers, internet and others things were not also worked properly. When I had contacted to thier customer support and by emails. they made a pick-up for device return to them by their side and said me they will check it. once they has check they will contact me update accordingly. but they had possess the device force fully with no proper communication.

After that when i contacted them by email. Then they refused to replacement the device also and other services by them. After returned the product by picked up service now product is in their possession and they cancelled order by their side forcefully. they refunded to snapmint quickly partial refund instead of full refund.

They deducted 6000/- and refunded only to snapmint consumer loan was 4000/- instead of 10000/- my initial down payment.

They cancelled order by their side. I haven't request for my order cancellation and they refused to the device replacement and others services provide of the defective product to me.

They have stop communication with me with full exploit me. They fraud me intentionally to exploit my hard earn money!

I am sharing this so other customers can be careful.
I placed Order for Homatics Box R Lite on 30 January 2026. The delivery was missed and the parcel was returned to the seller. I was assured by customer support that the product would be reshipped, and I followed up regularly from 7 February 2026.
Despite this, on 13 February 2026, I received an email stating the order was cancelled and a refund would be processed. I did not request cancellation. The refund was issued only after repeated follow-ups on 17 February 2026.
The same product, which was out of stock after my order from 30 Jan 2026 to 13 feb2026, was relisted on their website on the same day(13 feb 2026) at a higher price.
This shows poor transparency, unfair practices, and extremely poor communication. Other customers should be careful and ensure everything is confirmed in writing before placing orders.

This website is a scam, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They scammed me for 5000 rupees. AVOID AT ALL TIMES.

I hope all people who buying online they should visit trustpilot before buying.

I made a mistake that i have not visited this site before so that i am cheated.

This site actually collects damaged, used, returned products from different website and trying to sell in genuine way.

Once they sold thats it. you cannot get return your money is gone.

Customer care number and email is given just to eye wash.

Best go with amazon or flipkart who does atleast response and problem solving ideas is great.

I need google to directly display this type of customer review on front page so that people will aware.

For replacement first they told me to courier by its my own. I asked its faulty device why should I courier? Initiate for pickup i said.

Then they started like asking unboxing video, i sent again they said its not clear.

My money will give that company owner or who is responsible for that person definitely will go in big loss somehow. Thats what i believe .

This is a fraud company. I bought a mini pc, it started giving bsod in a week, when I asked for warranty and sent for replacement, they sent the same faulty pc back and when I emailed them about it. They did not reply back.

Due to this, the order i had placed with them for NAS, I cancelled it. I wrote email to there customer support to cancel and refund but they ignored it and tried delivering it forcefully. I rejected the delivery and asked for refund and still no reply from them. I am sure they are selling chinese pc labelling them a elecronikIndia and give no warranty and is total fraud.

Do not buy from them.

Very very very Poor customer service. Customers pls don't buy any item with electronkiskindia.com. they Fraud. Give wrong Commitment and miss guide to sell their items. All items are of poor quality.

Yeh website se koi bhi kharidi mat kero. Aapka mehnat ka paisa in logo ke product kharid ke paisa ka pani mat kero.

Worst customer service and unreliable delivery service. They use swiship courier which is showing the parcel as delivered while I have provided the cctv footage to company that no delivery boy has visited. Company is not doing anything about it and only dilly dallying refund or delivery . I recommend to buy only from authentic vendors as this vendor seems to be unreliable. I will only be left with legal remedy. Completely avoid this company

My order id 9493 device is faulty and warranty form filled.Device is not replaced and customer care number is not reachable.Product cost was 13k something.Have to fight it legally now.Please dont buy

Online payments are processed as PhonePe bill payments under wrong MCC to save payment processing cost, but impacting the customer who needs the right MCC for cashback offers.

Order cancellation requests are ignored when informed well before shipping and deliberately shipped instead. You are then told to reject the delivery with no confirmation of a full refund.

Response is fast when purchasing the product but you are completely ignored once the item is delivered. There is no post delivery service.

They are basically dropshipping Chinese products, which unfortunately cannot be purchased directly thanks to GOI diktat, as otherwise you wouldn’t have to deal with such sites that have poor understanding of customer service.

They shipped the product with an inadequate courier company. It's quite evident that Bluedart is the best choice of courier in India, if you have to move high value electronics across the country. Electroniks India instead just picked the cheapest option availabel that would take about a week to deliver in the hands of amateurs. This shows how little they care about their customers

First response from their support team was in week, second one didn’t happen still.

My recent encounter with electroniksindia.com left me deeply dissatisfied. The products, supposedly rebranded from China, lacked the quality I expected. Even more frustrating was their inadequate technical support team that failed to address my concerns. I strongly advise against purchasing from electroniksindia.com and suggest exploring more reliable options.
