Elegant Leisure Opiniones

Strongly recommended—outstanding service and support!

Fantastic customer service and support from start to finish. Nigel was extremely helpful in responding to our many queries and always responded promptly. The delivery guys from Geordie Pool managed the installation up to our first floor brilliantly and it all ran smoothly despite awkward access. Thank you to Elegant Leisure and Geordie Pool for making our dream of having our own pool table a reality!

Great service, amazing table. Look forward to using it for many years

Great customer service - quick reply

Could not fault the service or quality of the pool table I would defiantly recommend this company if your looking for a pool table.

My table was delivered and set up today its looking amazing and guys that did the set up were brilliant. Thought about taking a star off for some communication issues around delivery BUT I live on the Highlands and we're used to issues around delivery. 100% happy customer. Colin

Outdoor pool table bought from elegant leisure. great communication and deliver. This is a great quality pool table and looks good too, care taken upon delivery and installation. Would recommend.

I feel I must write this review even though we didn’t get our pool table from Nigel (due to my husband ordering from another retailer without me knowing!) purely because the customer service was second to none. The information and choices provided were great, even providing visuals in the colour tables and cloths we were contemplating. Thanks Nigel again - just unfortunate we didn’t actually do business but would highly recommend and was slightly cheaper than what my husband managed to source!

Pool table is just perfect - exactly as ordered. Delivery and set up - went smoothly. We were kept informed of progress every step of the way.
Highly recommend this company.

Very professional service with great communication.

Pool table delivered and built perfectly where I wanted it and some good advice by installers.

Would highly recommend.

I sent several emails with lots of questions as I wasn’t sure what I wanted , quick replies and lots of information was provided!
Not received my table yet but can’t wait to play on it

From start to finish Elegant Leisure provided an excellent level of service only comparable to the outstanding quality of the item provided, and at very reasonable prices.
It was so refreshing to receive such a high level of customer care, Nigel was quick to respond to any queries and followed up any issues through to resolution expediently.
A big Thanks to Nigel for the additional extras and for informatively answering our queries, so we could make the right choice.
Our pool table was delivered ahead of schedule and expertly assembled for use. Would not hesitate to use again and highly recommend.

I ordered a 7ft table and cannot express in words how pleased I am with both the product and the service. I don't normally write reviews but this time its warranted.

Right from the start Nigel was customer focused explaining details of the product and advising on the specifications. Through the manufacture process he kept me well informed on progress and anticipated delivery dates.

The installation team were very professional and the installation is perfect.

Following the installation I received follow up calls to ensure everything was satisfactory.

I therefore can recommend Elegant Leisure very highly and you won't be disappointed.

Over the moon with the table, great quality and it seems custom made for the room with the colour and style choice we made - great value at that price point. Great sales care through the process, continuous contact via email.
Very pleased, recommend!

Highly recommended - excellent service and support.

Product really good. installation team were great with the install and answering all my questions regarding after care and general maintenance. Would highly recommend the cover for the table!! 5 stars as well.

Ordered a 7ft outdoor pool table which looks great!

From start to finish of the ordering and delivery process Nigel and his team at Elegant leisure were quick to reply to emails and very helpful and professional.
The table arrived in the time frame I was quoted and installed by a 2 man friendly and skilled team.

Would highly recommend Elegant leisure.
Well done Nigel.

The pool table is a huge hit in our group self-catered holiday property. It is a sleek and modern design which fits in really well with our décor. The team installing the pool table were efficient and professional. Thank you Elegant Leisure.

Customer service is still alive and well! From start to finish I have been nothing but impressed when dealing with Elegant Leisure. Responsive, efficient and simply a pleasure to deal with.

No hesitation in recommending these guys and in fact I already have. Now to find out if I receive any commission on the pool tables ordered 🤣

I can’t recommend this company enough! Not only is the Pool Table high grade , the service that comes along was top grade too.
