I purchased several items from elena London at a craft fair earlier in the year and they were all beautifully scented and long lasting. I'm now ready to place a top up order on line and am delighted to see refill pouches for my diffusers are available.

So I need to be careful of what I write because Trustpilot told me off for my last review. Honestly, if you're thinking about whether to order from ElenaLondon, I swear to god JUST DO IT. You will not be disappointed. I wrote to the company asking whether I could have another discount code because I forgot to order with the first one and the lady wrote back and she gave me a code!! Like WTF, she didn't have to do that but she did and she even wrote a note. I honestly am genuinely obsessed with my burners and I wish I had loads of money to buy everything what this company sells.

Elena was lovely to deal with and products arrived promptly. They smelt great and definitely going to order again.

My gift set came beautifully packaged and smelt absolutely gorgeous - even before I opened it! The fragrance from the diffuser easily fills the whole room and you can tell that the oils used are high quality. I was also really impressed with the fabric spray - a quick spritz on soft furnishings and rugs keeps the room smelling beautiful for days. Will definitely be buying again. Highly recommend!

I’m in love with Elena’s wax melts. Each of the ones I tried smell so good and I keep getting compliments for how good my living room smells! Not sure which one is my favourite but with last purchase the tomato vine was a real discovery!! Highly recommended

I Love the products from Elena. My favourite is the wax melt in their signature 'e' scent. The scent reminds me of a relaxing spa, and I have this in my work office which creates a very calm environment.

It was very easy to order what I wanted on line and the speed of delivery was very good.
I had sampled the product (handwash) at my daughter-in-law's so I bought two of the same product -one as a gift and the other for myself (of course!)
I would definitely recommend this company.
