Good final result after a small wait
Took a bit of a wait to get our floating stairs but the team stayed responsive. white oak treads look great and everything was packed perfectly.

Really pleased with the hard maple treads
our new floating stair system with hard maple treads is finally in. feels very solid underfoot and that steel stringer gives a really clean vibe to the whole house.

Was really picky about our floating…
Was really picky about our floating stairs since they're right in the entry. John Harris was super patient with my design changes. The final stairs are solid and look exactly like I wanted.

Honestly
Honestly, dealing with Elevated Stairs was pretty frustrating. Drawings took forever and i had to keep chasing them. There was even a small issue with the wood treads. The floating stairs look okay now but the experience was just average.

the floating stair system looks amazing with the glass railing. the entry is so much brighter now. i was worried about shipping but the packaging for the stairs was incredibly solid.
