I was scammed by Elijah Brown. He is a scam artist. It's been said he has taken over 100,000£ worth of rent/deposits and run off. When you go to the office "hes out on a business trip". Please do not do business with this company otherwise you will loose your money. All "good reviews' are by his scam workers by the way..

Ignore the fake reviews here and on Google about this agency.

THEY ARE FRAUDS. SIMPLE.

Not only do they evict you for no reason with 0 notice, but they will still take your money, avoid your calls and give you the wrong keys.

My caseworker at the council has said herself how they are referred to in the council as the “last option” because of their constant false advertisement to avoid spending

The boss has no control and just sits there with his wannabe superstar looking boyfriend whilst the waiting room is packed, I feel for the receptionist who has to take constant calls whilst busy, and anyone else who falls for Elijah or the puffy guys trap.

My experience with Elevate Estate Management has been absolutely awful. I had agreed to rent a flat through them, only to be suddenly forced out of the property without a proper explanation. To make matters even worse, they have now had my personal belongings for over one month.
I’ve called them repeatedly, and every single day I get the same excuse, that they “can’t get hold of their colleague” who supposedly has my belongings, and that they’ll “call me back tomorrow.” That call never comes. It’s the same story day after day, and nothing ever gets resolved.
At this point, they don’t even seem to know if my belongings are safe or where exactly they are being kept. I honestly don’t know what to do anymore, it’s been an incredibly stressful and frustrating situation. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism from this company is shocking.
If anyone else has experienced a similar issue with Elevate Estate Management, please reach out as no one should have to go through the same experience.
Based on what I’ve been through, I strongly advise others to stay far away from Elevate Estate Management.

I recently signed a tenancy agreement with this company on the 11th of this month. The place is a self contained studio. There are 4 studios in my complex. Today is the 24th and I’m homeless. Why? This company has refused to give me the keys to the property, instead they gave me the keys to the main door of the complex and left the door to the property ajar. When I first stepped into the property the place was dirty, all the furniture had been removed along with the mini fridge that I’d seen on my first viewing. I recorded the horrific scene I wish I could post it on here, I might just post it on my socials and hope it goes viral. Dispite all this they have been charge me like I’ve been living there. I’ve walked into there office twice on the 17th of July and the 22nd of July paying £8 every time just to get there and back and both times they gave me the wrong keys. They have been telling me since the 22nd that tomorrow would be the day the sort out the keys furniture and fridge but they just ignore you until you call and message them and even after that they just ignore your efforts.

Please be careful with this company. They pretend to care until you sign the papers then your as worthy as a black peace of paper.

Wish me luck I’m going to try and take the to court for breach of contract. 🤞
