I have been with ElevateOM for 2 years now, maria my account manager has been great and helped out when ever I have had any issues and worked hard at getting the website to just how I wanted it. Avinash the website developer has also been just fantastic in getting g the website done and sorting any issues as and when needed. I highly recommend this company !

Have looked after my site for a number of year. They are not the cheapest, but generally do a good job. Helped to bring my site back online after a hack and are now helping me with a word press site. The project managers are local but most of the technical work is done overseas. I work work with Cristine and she has been supportive with our project.

I am still in the process of developing a website with this company. They have been extremely patient and listened to my requests. Very courteous and pleasant to converse with.

The team have been very helpful through the process and have made me a Brillant website, very happy thank you.

Shocking service/ disingenuous - received a quote for a fully optimised website - I enquired about content and explained how I would need help with this plus how I needed photos/ pictures and was assured on both accounts that they would help me i.e. with both content and images -they had stock images they could use for me and their content writers were excellent. I accepted it and paid the deposit. A few days later I received an email saying I had to pay extra £80 for each page of content writing but they would discount it to £70 + £75 Extra for images. Two days later I received another email offering the above but the standard price was now £70 and they would discount it to £60 per page (£210) BUT.... they then added another cost of £200 for legal documents. After paying the deposit the price has now doubled from £654 to over £1248.00 and I'm still no closer to getting a website - I've just lost £327 (deposit) + 2 weeks of my time - as I cant trust them to build my website .. Very unhappy X client

They did a great job. The website is exceptional good so much that I recommend ElevateOM to everyone who need a website.

Anuj and Christine were a tremendeous help to me when i was building my company's website. They were highly proficient in their duties and was also very patient with me when i asked them to give me more time to complete the payment. Anuj also went extra mile in ensuring i understood the technalities involved in operating the website in accordance with my business needs.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very disappointing. The service was misrepresented during the sales process, and after paying a deposit I was informed that several essential features were not included and required additional fees. Some of these were things I had specifically asked about before proceeding.
When I raised this issue, the company refused to refund the deposit and instead accused me of not doing my own research, despite the fact that I relied on the information provided by their team. I feel the pricing and scope of work were not made transparent upfront.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to get a full written breakdown of what is included and all potential costs before paying a deposit

I was really impressed with Elevate OM. Keith Emmerson initially took a lot of trouble to understand our complex low budget brief. Then an account team lead by Senior SEO Acount Manager Stacey Swinburn did their level best in a short time and provided a very professional response. Stacey in particular could not have been more thoughtful and communicative. Well done Elevate OM!

This company did not fulfil the contract we had with them. The website needed extensive work after they had finished and we didn't receive one enquiry from clients after employing them. The company are aware they did not do the work they were employed for, but refused to refund us. WE ARE NOW HAVING TO GO THROUGH SMALL CLAIMS COURT. If I could give them zero stars I could. Appalling.

Both Jackie So my project manager, and the web developer , Anuj Garg have been wonderful. They've been at all times patient, professional, respectful. I am VERY pleased in deed with my new website.

I would not recommend this service. I was reassured the price was a one-off fee, only to later be stung with a £50 per month subscription just to keep my website running.

Customer support is almost entirely automated and completely unhelpful. The process was long, stressful and the end result was poor.

I’m utterly disappointed. This has genuinely affected my small business — I was just looking for some honest support, not to be misled, conned and left having wasted a significant amount of money that was far from cheap.

I see that elevate responded and made note that I had already contacted them about how miss leading their services was as I ensured I asked before purchasing as I wouldn't be able to afford fees after to "keep my website live" . Completely unethical and their response does not offer any solution at all!
