Please don't even waste a second talking to these individuals because everything they say will sound too good to be true, and smart people realize that if it's too good to be true, it's probably fraudulent behavior. They used my signature to fill out paperwork that I didn't sign using docusign. I was supposed to receive a tax credit of $25,000 but because of a clerical error I will only get 15,000 dollars leaving me holding 10K in debt for a system I never wanted. They came to my house selling it so you have to think to yourself do I want this product. Tjhey are slick. If you do business with them make sure you contact an attorney asap because I believe that they are being looked at by the Attorney General in several states.

Easy company to deal with, everything well organised from start to finish with a local representative and reasonably priced.

Jess arranged my install on the Fraser Coast with such ease and much consideration for our families needs. She guided us through the entire process and her staff have been so supportive, even checking in after install to see how our bills have tracked and if we have questions.

I arranged solar panels to be installed when I moved in January 2023. The team at Elevate Solar provided great advice and were open and transparent about all of my options. They answered many of my questions and honestly I had many! The installation process was a breeze as well. One year later and I haven't payed an electicity bill in many months, in fact the opposite, I'm in credit! I'd like to thank the team at Elevate Solar. Absolutely amazing service! I highly recommend them!

I got 6 quotes for my solar. Elevate was not the cheapest but gave the most information on why they chose the panels and what was going to happen. We had one problem, but that was seen to straight away. They care about their customers, and follow up afterwards. The panels are covering our electricity bill and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The staff at Elevate Solar installed my system one year ago. The installation was smooth and worry free. All work was carried out to a high standard. Customer service and follow up have been great. I am very happy with my solar system and will be going through Elevate Solar to install a battery at a later date.

My solar system was completed by adding a battery just over 12 months ago. I have monitored and used power when at its peak over summer and most days I have used minimal grid energy and feed in for many hours. Although the prices fluctuate, my monthly bills were significantly less and even with minimal sunshine, my battery charges.
I am considering another battery to offset the minimal price I get for feed in and will definitely contact Elevate for any future solar requirements as their customer relations were efficient and helpful.

Great, quick and helpful service from the team at Elevate and worked with us to navigate a couple of challenges along the way really well. Great advice for someone like me with no experience or knowledge of the area

Whilst things are working now there were many many months of teething troubles which eventually resulted in the replacement of a new battery

The process was very easy and punctual. After instal help was awesome as we had a few problems with our connectivity, but all sorted and our bills are what we expected

I would like to compliment and thank Elevate Solar for the very professional installation of our solar system earlier this year. All phases of the consultation were handled by friendly staff with a great knowledge of the products they were using.
We have had no issues with the system since it was installed in January, and our total Ergon accounts for this year were $269.38, with the last (Nov) account being $70.99 credit. Prior to going solar, our quarterly accounts were in the order of $600.00
