Have been ordering from elfbar for quite a while now,always found the products to high standard and low prices, also they always give you a discount for every other order,not many places do that.

I order off of Elf Bar about once a month, and I have found them fast, reliable and helpful. I have contacted customer service a couple of times, once to do with a change of address and once was a general order enquiry, and they have been helpful on both. I live in Northern Ireland, and some companies don't like to deliver to Northern Ireland, but luckily this company does.

Elfbar Plus50 description of 2+8ml is somewhat misleading. At first I read this as a refillable unit - it is not. So looking at the pods, that are disposable, what a waste. On top of the container, wick and coil you also bin a large plastic spacer and associated steel contact prongs. On the plus side the flavours are great although there appears no choice in strengths, it's 20mg and that's it. Sound a bit like the now illegal disposable vapes? Probably just about getting around the law but only just. I think this is highly questionable since only the battery is non-disposable.

Always easy to use their site, great format and easy to navigate, orders come quickly and have no complaint's as yet after over three years with them
