I accidentally order two planters to the wrong address. I don't know why it was set to that address, I haven't lived in the property for 7 years. I tried to cancel my order but didn't see an option to. 8 sent an email to them to see if they could help which I didn't get a reply. I then sent them another email which they did reply to that one. The communication was really bad! They didn't answer my question and I was waiting 2 days for a response. I didn't get any information on when and who was delivering them when I asked them a number of times. Poor poor customer care! When they did finally arrive, they wasn't worth the money. Very shallow. I wouldn't buy from this company again. It's sad because they seem like they're a small business but my experience has left this review. Do better Hannah.

Ordered 21st May with an estimated order date of 28th May. 28th has been and gone, order status says "order created". If I had known this was coming from the Netherlands I might have reconsidered.

I ordered a planter online on 7 May at 15:18 BST. I received an order confirmation and estimated delivery date along with a supposed 'tracking' number. It means nothing. It's now 18 May and according to the link it's 'processing' - not 'intransit' or 'out for delivery', just a 'sorry your parcel hasn't been delivered'. Has it even been despatched? Emailed on Thu 15 May, still waiting for a response.

3 jaar geleden 2 mooie grote witte potten gekocht voor olijfbomen (€350 per stuk). Pot model Round, doorsnede 77 cm, prijs: € 229 per stuk. Daarin extra hydrokorrels gedaan voor een goede afwatering. Helaas zijn beide olijfbomen kapot gegaan doordat het water niet goed weg kon. Daarnaast zijn de potten niet goed schoon te maken aan de buitenzijde, deze zijn vervuild ondanks dat we dit hebben bijgehouden. Er zitten allemaal zwarte/vuile puntjes in, het ziet er niet fris uit. Wij investeren niet meer in kunststof potten.

Poor experience.

Tracking is terrible, it literally just states a date range of 2 possible days, both have expired and the status of the order is constantly stuck in 'processing'.

I've emailed and haven't had a response and there are zero comms from the company.

Currently £100 paid and nothing to show of it.

Modern slavery

Awaiting an order made 2 weeks ago was advised would be 10 days delivery. Contacted customer support to ask why it hadn’t been delivered and was told some pallets were being held at a port. Was given the option to wait, reorder or refund which I felt was reasonable. Emailed back to ask a question about reordering and had no reply. Emailed again next day to say I had no reply and ask them to reorder and again no reply. So I’ve paid, not got my goods, don’t know if they will arrive or what the situation is. Pretty poor handling from a customer perspective. I understand a situation may have occurred out of their control but at the very least keep customers updated and answer their emails.

Je me suis lancée depuis peu dans les plantes d'intérieurs et je ne savais pas trop quoi prendre pour mes plantes comme pot, le service client a été au top, hyper réactif, très serviable et à su me guider. Concernant le pot tout semble en ordre pour le moment 😊 très joli.

Je recommande et j'achèterai très certainement chez eux à nouveau.

Products okay, but not well packaged and pots wedged together. Took hours to seperate, but two firmly wedged together so need to be returned with all the extra hassle.

Liefern nicht zuverlässig innerhalb der angegebenen Zeit. Und es wird auch kein Kontakt mit dem Kunden aufgenommen um Bescheid zu geben, dass aus welchen Gründen auch immer der Liefertermin nicht gehalten werden kann. Sehr enttäuschend.

Planten dood na gebruik self watering inserts: klantenservice spreekt omschrijving op website tegen.
Op de website staat:
-uniek systeem dat planten precies de juiste hoeveelheid water laat opnemen die ze nodig hebben, zonder enig overschot of verspilling.
-Controleer af en toe de watermeter om te zien of je het bewateringssysteem moet bijvullen.
- altijd de juiste hoeveelheid water.
-minder vaak water hoeft te geven.

Ik had 5 inserts gevuld met Fleurella potgrond en een mix potgrond/cactusgrond, afhankelijk van het type plant.De inserts stonden in een sierpot met een potmaat zoals op de Elho website staat. Ik heb de watermeter gecontroleerd en bijgevuld tot het 'max' streepje, als deze op 'min' stond zoals dit staat aangegeven op de website/gebruiksaanwijzing. In korte tijd was de potgrond door en door nat en begonnen mijn planten af te sterven door overbewatering. Ik heb contact gezocht met Elho klantenservice en dit is het antwoord over hoe de inserts echt werken:

-De insert regelt niet de hoeveelheid water die door de plant wordt opgenomen.
-De insert met watermeter geeft alleen aan hoeveel water er nog in het reservoir zit.
-Als de plant in contact staat met water, zal de potgrond inderdaad water opnemen.
Als jouw planten te nat zijn, kunnen er twee oorzaken zijn:
- Je geeft te veel of te vaak water.
-Als je de pot elke keer bijvult wanneer de watermeter op min staat, geef je mogelijk te vaak water. De potgrond zal het water absorberen dat het kan opnemen, waardoor jouw planten te nat kunnen worden. Het is belangrijk om te wachten tot de grond volledig is opgedroogd voordat je het reservoir opnieuw vult.
-Zelfs met drainagemateriaal kan de plant te nat blijven als deze constant in contact staat met water.
-Dit product is getest met ons assortiment voor binnenshuis, waarbij de hoeveelheid water in het "reservoir" niet enorm is. Dit komt omdat een groot waterreservoir meestal niet nodig is voor de meeste kamerplanten."

Niks alleen de watermeter checken en bijvullen. Niks minder vaak water geven door het handige reservoir. Want dan neemt de potgrond in korte tijd al het water uit het reservoir op en staat je plant in zeik natte potgrond te verzuipen. Dus gewoon even vaak en net zoveel water geven als normaal, maar dan in de sierpot met daarin dure, nutteloze Elho insert.

Wat een ongelooflijke service. Zelden zo iets meegemaakt.

10 days since I ordered from Elho UK, 9 days since it was sent from Holland and they still don’t know where it is or whether it will arrive. Once they finally agree it’s lost, will it take another up to 10 working days for a replacement to get here? Not impressed! A snail would have been faster! Customer service very polite but done nothing.

De producten zijn mooi, maar bezorging buitengewoon slecht. Je krijgt een tijdsvak van 8-22, en pas op de dag zelf wordt het een tijdsvak van ergens 3 uur. Je kunt het niet bij buren of een verzamelpunt af laten geven en na een dag wachten kwam er een bericht dat ze die dag niet kwamen. De dag erna kwam de helft, en ondanks dat we gewoon thuis waren, -anders hadden we de 1e helft van het pakket ook niet kunnen ontvangen-, was de smoes dat de andere helft niet werd geleverd omdat we niet thuis waren.

Products are excellent and completely committed to green with the green basics collections. The best solution if you want to be sustainable. Customer service is simply great. The company is ahead and pioneering in terms of customer support. Strongly suggested for those who love gardening and plants.

The best affordable 'eco' plastic plant pots out there. Stylish, for the price, and such a nice neutral, yet warm, soft looking white. The photos don't do the colour justice. I've used a lot of different pots over the years and these are the best in this price range that I've discovered. Lots of options regarding sizes too. Thank you.

Ordered 2 x XXL planters. As a result of appallingly bad inadequate packaging 1 of the platers arrived broken.
The returns policy instructs customers to drop off at local DPD pick up points. Selected the local post office & coop but both said the package was too big.
I hour of my time wasted & also a friend with car big enough to take the package. Elho seem unaware of their DPD contract terms.
Pretty amateur operation all round.Will not be using this company again.
