I’ve received a variety of beautiful…

I’ve received a variety of beautiful colours and absolutely love my sets. I’m building up a bridal lingerie collection for the year ahead, and Ellie’s Boutique has really boosted my confidence. Lingerie makes me feel good and my partner appreciates it too — a win-win! I did have some issues initially, but they were resolved quickly and fairly, and I’m now super satisfied with the outcome. Thank you for the excellent service and support.

Do not subscribe

Do not subscribe. Underwear unsuitable poor quality. Returned to company at cost to self...£5!
Two weeks later despite sending tracking number postage no refund. Dozens of emails requesting update. Keep saying send tracking number!!
Can't unsubscribe until Return acknowledgement. Poor customer service

I really cannot fault the team

I really cannot fault the team, they sorted me out with a sizing problem and communication is great. At last I have found beautiful lingerie in bold beautiful colours. I am enjoying my subscription

Would not recommend

My order was placed on the 31st August and did not arrive until 8th September. To which I never received a confirmation email. I did email and someone got back to me letting me know my order was almost ready to ship and as this is personalised it can take up to 7 days for this to be shipped which I feel should be stated on the website as I was under the impression it would be 1-3 day shipping as declared on the website this does not take into account ‘prep and pack’. Therefore my order did not arrive until 8th September. Unfortunately even with giving sizing based on advised ‘size guide’ this item did not fit and is not suitable for use. Would unlikely order again as I feel I was very disappointed with this order.

Love it when I get this treat through…

Love it when I get this treat through the letter box every three months. The first box I needed to adjust the sizing which following a message was an easy process!
The little gifts in the box are an added surprise ❤️

Not correct size

The set was late and when it arrived it was tiny . I measured the bra I am 34D it was more like 26 , the pant were also child size .
They have offered a discount and a replacement set. It hasn’t arrived yet, but very pleased with the customerservice.

Sizing is incorrect

Sizing is incorrect. Very small and inaccurate. I am looking to return items and cancel subscription but it’s silence from the team. DO NOT ORDER.

Ordered my set back end of July start…

Ordered my set back end of July start of August however my set has only just arrived after contacting the team and finding out my orginal package was lost, sadly the bottoms don’t fit as they appear to run super small which is a shame as the set is super cute, really think Elia could do with adding a tracked shipping, it’s a cute concept but I’m sceptical of keeping my subscription after the lengthy amount of time it took to receive my first order due to this delay! It’s also a shame about the bottom sizing too but not much can be done now I guess

We would love in the future to offer tracked shipping, however at the size we currently are, it would mean we'd have to raise the prices of our boxes, which we don't want to have to do - we can offer this as an additional paid for service however.

If there are any delays, sizing issues or even preference issues, please reach out we'll replace it - no questions asked!

Low quality and hidden subscription

Sadly I had a bad experience with Elia. The ads miss-advertised the quality of the products in the box - there was nothing in the box that you couldn't get cheaper from Primark, whereas the ads make the products look much more unique. Maybe I just hit a boring month, or maybe they do that for your first (discounted) box.

Also it was not clear anywhere during the buying process that when buying their 'trial' box you actually subscribe to a 3 month membership at full price for the next 2 boxes. Had I known this, I would not have purchased, as I just wanted to try it out. On reaching out to the team to cancel, they did point me to somewhere deep in the FAQs where this is mentioned but I purchased directly through the Shop app, where it was not clear at all.

Thanks for leaving your review, and we'd like to help out with this if we can!

So we offer a replacement for any first time boxes that you don't like, and we're happy to send these out with no need for a return as we want everyone to have a positive experience with us, and for you to get exactly the style you're after. Styles we send out are subject to availability based on your preferences, and we advise to pick "any" preferences to gain access to our widest range of styles.

As we're a surprise subscription box, we can't always guarantee what type of set you're going to receive, and tastes do differ across different people.

We do not require 3 months membership, so there may have been a misunderstanding there! We are happy to cancel from your first box, and refund your items if you return them to us - this applies to any subsequent boxes too. Our policies are displayed openly on our product page.

Thank you for your feedback, and if you'd like to we'd be happy to send a replacement out for your first box, or we can provide a refund too - just reach back out to us, and we're committed to making sure you and any other customer is not dissatisfied, and definitely not out of pocket.

Disappointing Experience For 3 Months

Edited review - Customer service will be refunding all orders which is definitely appreciated.

I opted for the darks only subscription 3 months ago. First box arrives and it's a dusty pink set - nice design, but not the colour I wanted - chalked this up to lack of availability or simply a mistake - bra fit well, but pants were quite small.

Second box - Decided to upgrade to the deluxe version to see if that makes a difference. Very pale pink and bright embroidery, set was incredibly big too and not wearable.

Third set - Pale yellow and bright embroidery pants and bra, with a random black bra thrown in?? No stockings or garter set. The bra is ridiculously small and is inches away from doing up, the pants however - quite large. Black bra just about fits but is tight.

August billing was 2nd of the month. Took around 9 days to deliver. As soon as it arrived and I tried it on I contacted customer service to send it back and get a refund. They said they'd send out a dark set for me free of charge as a replacement and apology, ok great. It's now the 27th and it's apparently only just being shipped after chasing up. So I'm now at the end of August still with no wearable set, and not likely to receive this before September. They also only seem to ever send second class, which feels a bit ridiculous when you've already been waiting a long time.

Customer service have said sets are down to availability which I understand, but why offer a choice if 3/3 times you can't deliver? Seems pointless. If sets are also personalised, I'm not sure how I received an incomplete set and random bra? I'm failing to understand how it takes 7 full days for each set to be put together and sent out, when colour preference isn't even met, and obviously quality control is poor if deluxe sets aren't being sent properly.

I've now opted to cancel my subscription because it's been a very poor experience. I love to support smaller businesses where I can - but you need to offer at least equal, if not superior service to larger companies to compete and satisfy your customers.

First of all, thank you for letting us know about your experience, your feedback is really important to us!

I've taken a look, and it does appear that your preferences were reneged on - we state these are just preferences and are sitll random and subject to availability.

That being said, this is still absolutely not the experience we'd like for you to have had, and I've gone ahead and refunded all of your orders - in full. There's no need to return the items, we just want to extend a gesture of goodwill and hopefully turn this around for you.

With our deluxe boxes we tested, based on feedback, sending out a two piece set with a one off bra which is what you received, as we've had a number of people request this as an alternative when offered, so our apologies this wasn't what you were wanting.

Love my underwear sets 🥰 True to size…

Love my underwear sets 🥰 True to size (I read some reviews that said it comes up small, but I didn't find that at all). Customer service is also super helpful when I had a question. I really love how they package the underwear in a cute box with little sweets and gifts.

Disappointing

Disappointing - the underwear received is the exact same as being sold on Temu (note their responses to reviews say they don’t use SHEIN products, not that they don’t use Temu products). It also took 7 days for the product to be posted after chasing twice. I ordered both the deluxe and regular box to try and both had the same bits in like scrunchie etc, the deluxe one just had a couple more bits in. Also can’t cancel the subscription as I’d have to order the second box first and tbh it’s not worth the money and if I post back what’s been delivered I have to pay postage. Just generally not the best, would like to cancel my subscriptions but a bit ridiculous I’d have to then pay full price for the boxes which I’m not really happy with.

Thanks for your feedback - we do not use Temu products either, we have some of our designs used on overseas websites that are not the same product that we provide.

We don't want this to be our standard experience for a subscriber, and we'd be happy to refund your boxes with no need for a return - just shoot us an email and we'll sort this out for you!

So despite a previous trust pilot…

So despite a previous trust pilot review and an email confirming cancellation this company continue to take payments. I’ve given up on returning my items and thrown them in the bin as the sizing is ridiculous. Contacting my bank to take further action. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
