Wasnt prepared to risk thousands
Spend your money, take your chances.
No reviews, no company accounts on any of the Nigerian directors companies, no proof they are trading, no retail outlet, address on file is a residential address in an estate.
Quality website, but would recommend collecting in person, not paying in advance and taking a detailed guide of how to spot counterfeit merchandise.

Dear Reviewer,
Thank you for your feedback. While we respect everyone’s right to express their opinion, we believe it is important to correct several factual inaccuracies in your review.
Our Company Registration
Eliana Luxury is the trading name of Eliana Reloved Luxe Ltd, a UK limited company incorporated on 30 July 2026 and registered with Companies House.
Our registered company name, company registration number and business information are clearly displayed in the footer of our website and can be independently verified through the official Companies House register.
As a recently incorporated company, our first annual accounts are not yet due. The absence of historical company accounts does not mean a business is unregistered or not legitimately trading.
Our Business Location
Eliana Luxury operates as an online luxury retailer with a designated collection point available strictly by prior appointment. We do not operate or advertise a walk-in retail store.
A residential collection address does not invalidate our business operations.
Your Enquiries and Our Responses
On 22 October 2026, we received an enquiry concerning the purchase of a Chanel handbag and delivery to Guernsey.
Our customer service team responded promptly and took action to accommodate the delivery request by adding Guernsey to our available shipping destinations.
When further questions were raised regarding our collection location, we also provided clarification about our appointment-only collection arrangements.
We would like to emphasise that no purchase was completed, no payment was received, and no product was supplied in connection with these enquiries.
Nevertheless, our team dedicated time to answering the questions raised and making adjustments to our delivery options to assist a prospective customer.
Product Authenticity
We take product authenticity seriously. Our luxury items undergo authentication assessments, including physical inspections and, where applicable, independent authentication services such as Entrupy.
We welcome genuine questions regarding authenticity and are happy to provide relevant information about individual products.
Our Commitment to Transparency
We understand that purchasing luxury goods online requires trust, particularly when dealing with a newly established business.
However, we believe reviews should accurately reflect the experience received and distinguish between verified facts, personal concerns and speculation.
Our company information is publicly available, our collection arrangements are clearly explained, and our customer service team responded promptly to the enquiries received.
We remain committed to transparency, professional service and building lasting customer confidence.
Kind regards,
Customer Care Team
