I purchased a starter kit recently, and was abit dubious at first. New company I have never used before, but I read some of these reviews and thought go for it.
I placed my order (very well priced and free delivery) on a Sunday evening and my order came on Tuesday. I was impressed.
After a week and a half the device started to leak slightly and I couldn't figure out why. I contacted the company and received a prompt reply back.
Without any quibbling or hassle I was assured that they would send out a new part within the next day or so.
I am VERY impressed at the quick service and the after sales service. I will and HAVE recommended this company to friends.
My only tiny bugbear, was that the device did not come with instructions, so I got into abit of a pickle at the start, but after looking on the websites "frequently asked questions", I was able to work things out.
I believe that the leaking of this device was just "bad luck", and await my new part so that I can happily carry on "vaping".
HIGHLY recommend this company.
