I would give zero if I could. Nowhere near the product advertised. Extremely cheap trousers. Would not even try them on, fabric disgusting. Will not refund. THE most sub standard online shop I have ever come across. Do not waste your time or money on this outlet

This company lies about their cheap products. The size chart isn’t right with US standards. If they feel you were given the right size even if it doesn’t fit they want you to send it back to Vietnam and pay more than the crappy item is worth. No where do they say this in their return site. You can’t get hold of anyone except by email. They offer you 10% back on option 2 of return and keep the cheap crappy item that fits Vietnam small people.and not 12/14 over here. Please please please I beg you want to buy from this scamming terrible company. Don’t waste your money. They are awful bunch of thieves.

If you're thinking of ordering from this company, DON'T!! I placed an order for 4 bras and anxiously awaited their delivery. When they finally came [shipped from Milwaukee Wisconsin], I was extremely disappointed. They were nothing like their ad said. There's absolutely no support, they fit horribly and the material just feels wrong. Their website states refunds will be accepted if notified within 30 days. I immediately requested a refund, and, to my surprise, was offered a 10% refund. After many emails back and forth, they have gone up to a 30% refund as a FINAL offer. Part of the reason stated is I would need to return the unwanted items to Vietnam!! - why when they were shipped from Wisconsin? Any questions I've asked them go unanswered, I've referred to their website and the fact it says nothing about partial refunds and now they're not even responding to me, they've simply stated twice the 30% refund is their final offer. Again, if you value your hard earned money, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The order came fine but does not fit. The website says to email them for returns. Numerous emails have received no response. I’m stuck with pants I cannot use and no means to return them.

The same as all other reviews. I ordered 2 size XL stretchy pants and after waiting 6 weeks for my order to arrive, the pants don't even go past my thighs because they are tiny. The fabric is very cheap and definitely non-stretch!!! Two pairs of pants were crushed into an 8X10" plastic envelope and the return address is under a person's name and address (doesn't even have the company name anywhere! Do NOT purchase anything from these folks!!! It's a scam!!

The bra is not at all true to size and trying to return it has been impossible. Stay away from this company. What a waste of money.

I order a shipment from them the end of June and was told my order would be delivered by July 14. I have not received my order. I send them 2 e-mail messages and tried several time to call the customer support number. Not 1 of my calls went through - the phone would ring once and then I would get a busy signal. My order number confirmation is 1227-45620. At this time, I would like a refund of my money. I will be contacting the my credit card company for help with this matter.

I ordered bras. They definitely weren't the correct size. Cheaply made. I tried one on and no support. After all the reviews I decided not to even deal with trying to send them back. My loss.

I can’t believe how untrustworthy, fraudulent, deceptive this company is If you read their terms and conditions they advise they will refund if you are not satisfied, they will pay for shipping if you paid shipping for the product. Like many of you the product is sized incorrectly, I bought 16/18 way too small they fit my friend who is size 10/12, had many conversations, jumped through their hoops and was told I could have a 30% refund, would not honour their terms and conditions. The other thing to be aware of is my credit card wouldn’t work (plenty of funds)but my visa debit card did meaning it was a cash transaction, much harder to get a merchant charge back. Don’t t go near this company.

I ordered some casual pants online. I got the order confirmation and it said it would take 14-21 days to arrive from a US location, and the company name wasn’t the same. Red flag #1. They never sent me a tracking number. Red flag #2. I ultimately got tracking into from USPS, and it gave a delivery date. Then I got an email from USPS that package had been delivered, it had not. I sent them an email and they said they had been trying to reach me, because 2 colors were out of stock and indeed my package had never shipped. Then I got another USPS delivery notification, that package never arrived either. This is some sort of scam, but they did refund all of my money immediately. How they are getting USPS tracking numbers is baffling.

You would think I would learn my lesson, but no. I ordered from this company twice! First order for bras that didn't fit, and the difficulty in trying to return them became intolerable and I gave up. Then I ordered the pants. Not only are they way too small, but the material is nothing like on the ads - stretchy. I have just reached out to customer support, but do not have high expectations. If a miracle happens and I am able to return for a refund, I will be back to update this review. I personally doubt I'll be back.

What a bloody joke this so called company is! Bought a pair of pants, and the size is about 5 sizes smaller than a true western size.
They wanted a copy of the original plastic it came in and a picture of the pants, provided! Came back with the size is correct and all peoples body shapes are different???? Offered a 10% refund and keep the pants. Really!!! What am I supposed to do with a flimsy piece of fabric that doesn’t fit. Do yourself a favour and avoid these people like the plague! A bunch of ripoffs!

The item did not fit. Their sizing for western sizes is off. I ordered the size I have worn most of my life and they were way too small. I purchased pants. The material is flimsy and feels weird. They offered to send me a new pair for more money. I feel this company is a scam and please save your money. There is no refund unless the item arrives damaged and they determine if it's legit.

I order a shipment from them on the first of July and I haven't heard from them. I haven't gotten the shipment and they haven't said a word to me since they sent the order number confirmation. I would love to have my order or give me my money back. My order number is 1227-48064.

It took so long to get these bras, and they are no better than a sports bra that you can buy at walmart! And the sizing is off! They run very small! And communication with the company was bad!

Despite following measuring instructions, the garments I ordered were way too large. I notified the company of the problem on June 18. Despite them having a refund policy, I was given a run-around (which included telling me I had to return the merchandise to Vietnam, despite the return address on the pkg being MN) until receiving a 30% refund on July 2 (only because I threatened to involve AmEx). Not worth DAYS of hassle. Skip them.

I made a purchase and gave them the exact measurements for the bras that they offered. They sent me two bras that were minuscule and would hardly fit a young girl. I’ve reached out to them a dozen times requesting either a full refund or a replacement I have also sent photographs to show the inaccuracy of the size they sent. They have ignored all my requests.

DON’T BUY FROM THEM. Purchased bras online from Elisa Charm (aka Store Aid). Took weeks to arrive. Used size guide but were far too small, poor quality, not cotton as advertised. Advert promised returns if not satisfied but they are refusing to supply a return address and now claim returns are only for faulty items. I have emailed multiple times with proof of their advertised return policy. Now they are offering a 30% discount. I have lodged a dispute with my bank and will report them to the ACCC for false advertising.

This company needs to take a course in customer service. I purchased 4 bras from them and they sent the wrong size. They offer a 30 day refund or exchange, but no one responds to my emails & they do not have a customer service phone number. I left them a 1 star review and they don't show negative reviews on their website. I strongly advise to stay away from this company. I have emailed them 6 days in a row. Still nothing. Very disappointed!
