Following our technical assessment, the trainer is unfortunately out of warranty, and the issue is consistent with the flywheel vibrating due to an impact the unit has sustained. For this reason, the proposed service includes the necessary replacement and recalibration.
To clarify, around half of the total quote relates to international transport and import/export handling via DHL Express. We use DHL for reliability and service quality, but we also suggested you may arrange shipment through alternative providers if you prefer a more cost-effective option.
All costs provided in the quotation are correct and were shared transparently. If you’d like, we’re happy to continue assisting you via the existing support ticket.
