Still haven't received my drinks order, still haven't had a reply from my emails, still had no communication, still been unable to contact them via phone.
Go elsewhere for your drink.

this must be the worst company ive ever used ..ive ordered twice with this company i ordered for an xmas present and paid the extra to get it here and it arrived eventually in january no offer to refund the extra delivery fee ..like a fool ive ordered again and paid the extra for quicker delivery and still waiting..the phone number is dead ..and the website is down..no hint of despach avoid this very poor company.. once i can get the order cancelled with klarna ..never use again..cowboys

Never even got my order. Ordered on the Monday for next day delivery, hadn’t arrived a week later. Don’t buy birthday gifts from here😂

Order not received. No reply to emails . Phone number not working. Order 28th February....still not received. No confirmation email to tell me that it's been shipped.

What a scam of a company. Placed an order over a week ago. Paid extra for early delivery. Still yet to receive any communication. Sent over 10 emails, messages- I have been blocked from their Facebook account. As they do not like negative comments being written. Disgusting. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I will be going further with this.

After waiting almost 2 weeks for my order, I emailed to find out where it was. I received a response to apologise and say they would issue me a refund, that was 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting and no one is responding to my emails!

Disgrace of a company, no delivery no reply to emails or messages . Blocked on social media for writing a bad review . Keep uploading to their Facebook page but can't reply to genuine people who have placed orders

Specifically ordered these items in a week in advance to ensure they were here in the delivery time! Still not arrived and even when I emailed to check where my item was I had no response! Can I ask what’s the point in paying £4.99 extra for delivery and it still doesn’t show up on time! Not happy and won’t be using your site again.

Horrible company. Ordered a product and paid for 2-3 days delivery. It was over a week before it was dispatched. The company doesn’t answer any messages - I tried email, the live chat repeatedly, Twitter and nothing was answered and the phone line doesn’t connect to anything. Not going to get my order in time, paid for a delivery service that was clearly not used and no one will speak to me. Avoid this company at ALL COSTS
