The drink that I ordered was very well packaged and I received a larger bottle than I requested. I did offer to pay any additional cost, but this was waived.

I have ordered a bottle from the website, they sent me the wrong one I spoke with Joseph on the number that was on the email we cut off the number is always busy now - he agreed to send me a free returns label to send the bottle back that was on Thursday - he said it takes 24 hours to send me by email a returns label shocking customer service I will be reporting the company to trading standards if this is not send to me by close of play Monday

Well what can i say i got a emai. saying problem about the delivery DPD would let me know when coming they dinit i was not in so they delivered it about 20 min away from where i live shocking because it suited the driver

I ordered some champagne for a wedding gift, paid for next day super express delivery, the item has not been received. When I go to check for any tracking information, I'm told to download an app (which I have done, although it only links to your email account and gives you details once you get an email saying your item has been dispatched). I've yet to even get an email saying my item has been dispatched or not, so I can't track my item. I understand it has been Black Friday, but this is frankly bad service. I can't even get in contact with someone on the phone as the phone number on their website just rings out, as if it is disconnected. I'm going to have to order another bottle from a different website, as I need this as a gift. If ever I do get my order from elitedrinks, I will be returning it.
