Awful customer service, failed to deliver goods
I placed my order on 14th August and was told I would have a 3-5 day wait for delivery. 2 wks later, there was no sign of my parcel. After contacting via email, I finally heard from Elite drinks on 5th September apologising and letting me know that I would receive updates on my order, which should arrive by 15th September. My order was a gift for someone who's birthday was on 15th Sept, so not ideal. It is now 26th September. I have heard nothing from Elite Drinks since 5th September and have not yet received my order. At this stage I am incredibly frustrated.
I work in a customer facing job and fully empathise with the fact that things don't always go to plan and that there are unforeseen challenges that prevent things from happening according to plan. However, to receive only 1 email explaining and apologising in 6 weeks, since ordering, I am hugely disappointed.
Worst customer experience in years.

DO NOT buy from EliteDrinks!
DO NOT buy from EliteDrinks! I made an order over 11 weeks ago and they still haven't fulfilled it. When I have emailed them, they blamed the issue on many different reasons, for example: change of management, lack of human resources, item out of stock, delays by suppliers and many more. They have now stopped replying to my emails and all telephone contact numbers on their website and given by email don't work. Don't make the same mistake I did, do not buy from EliteDrinks unless you want to lose your money! I have reported them to the Trading Standards authority and hopefully they put a stop to their appalling service.

I ordered a product for 3 to 5 day…
I ordered a product for 3 to 5 day delivery and I never got any update on tracking or status. When I eventually asked for cancellation, 9 days later I was told it was being processed in the system. Disappointing as I needed it for an event.

Ordered an expensive bottle of whiskey 2 weeks ago, still hasn’t been dispatched. I’ve emailed and tried to contact someone online and no one replies. Was supposed to be delivered within 5 working days but it is now 9 working days. Wouldn’t say that is very elite
