I am nearly a year on from installation by elite eco installations. Basic original installation was fair, but since then have been at loggerheads. First, quote was for 9 radiators to be supplied at a given price figure, In fact only 5 radiators were supplied meaning an overcharge of just over £850 for those not supplied. Requested a refund of the over charge. The rest of our problems stem from that from day on . We are considering what action we can now put suethe plumbers disconnected the three showers in the house, my problem was simply that on day one, the existing gas fired central heating was disconnected and removed from the house. On day 3 the plumbers advised us that quote, “we do not do showers “unquote , so no heating no hot water no heat pump system as the contractors fitting materials had not arrived.
Since then I have had to arrange for three showers to be fitted at my cost. Overall with the refund for the radiators we are trying to pursue elite eco to meet the cost, now overall in excess £4,000.00
I have of course had much correspondence with elite eco, having on several occasions , on the request of the director of elite , given my bank details but nothing has been paid as arranged.

I would just like to thank Elite Eco installations for their amazing and outstanding service. I bought a heat pump and 16 panels from them and they were super helpful and full of correct information and knowledge that made the journey much smoother.

Nick and his team are friendly and supportive and helped me every step of the way.

My mum recently had a heat pump installed by Elite Eco Installations and received an amazing service from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and kept her informed throughout the whole process. The installation was completed to a high standard and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. She is extremely happy with the system and would highly recommend Elite Eco Installations to anyone considering a heat pump installation.

I had Heat Pump installed by this company. They installed it in October and in the first week of January I told them that there was a problem with the hot water and cold water and since then they once or twice they sent somebody when I contacted their sales person not before that and then when they fitted the pump they couldn’t get the app done. Nobody knew the Electrician didn’t know if fitters didn’t know. I had to get a private person to get the app in and I’m still waiting for them to resolve this they fixed an appointment one person came and he did not know what was happening He said oh something is wrong so we have to get new valves it’s Daikin Heat Pump and then they fixed another appointment with me and then she called all the parts haven’t arrived yet so we will make another appointment and that was that started from January and we are into June now please don’t touch this Company with a barge pole . They gave me ten year warranty when I bought the pump . And this is teething problems hanging on for six months . Daikin keeps telling me to go to my installers They are ridiculous unreliable never return phone calls . Reading your reply who informed you that I often turned the Hot Water off and called you it’s total rubbish and you did come twice but nothing is resolved from January every time I turn the Hot Water on the whole house heat up even in this heat . I want to resolve these issues and not make it blame culture so please get it sorted out as soon as possible

Be very wary entering into an arrangement with this company. I was waiting for installation from Nov 25 and had weeks of waiting and waiting and waiting.

Finally said I was cancelling the order and was told I would have my deposit refunded.
The sales rep who I had contact with the whole time is now ghosting me, as is Melissa in the office.
Nick has been placating me for about 8 weeks saying he asked the office to process weeks ago.

They are just trying to manage cash flow and its theft. I didn't agree to lend this company money, and they're keeping it without consent.

Will escalate to MCS. I have given them every opportunity but they don't care at all

Contacted company to find out more about air source heat pump- from initial contact to installation was kept fully informed/ each member of staff was helpful / friendly and professional.The cost was kept down as they were able to apply current funding from grant .
James the installer was brilliant - was happy to be contacted following re. any teething issues and resolve. Returned to check that everything was running smoothly.Explained all the running of the system and programmed it to my needs eg timings .
I would thoroughly recommend this company if considering an air source heat pump system .

Very happy with my experience with everyone at Elite Eco.
From the very first telephone call to the installation itself. Elite very throughly went through in detail the pros and cons of an Air Source Heat Pump with myself and my husband.
This is the difference in making us feel that the company was different from others that attended our property.
They actually gave us an insight into renewable energy which we was quite surprised, being of the older generation we had heard about going more eco-friendly but didnt actually understand the concept of it.
My husband Les, said he felt at ease with given the fact everyone gave him time and did not rush him, even when he is hard of hearing and things had to be repeated several times to him which I did laugh at.
Very professional service and thank you to all and your team who treated our property in a clean and professional manner, I would be more than happy to make them more tea and biscuits again for their hard work.

The experience was different to anything I have experienced in the passed 🫣 The installation was fantastic and the lads where so professional and hard working to get it all fitted in two days 🥳🥳 I know their was a bit of a delay on my part as I wanted a solid footing for the heat pump 🤔 which took a bit longer than I expected 🫣 But Malissa was understanding and eventually all went well and I now have a new heating system 🎉🎉🎉
All I have to do now is get my head around the workings of the systems thermostats 🫣🫣

I recently had an air source heat pump installed. Elite eco service have been so easy to work with and sorted everything out from helping me choose the right system to getting it installed and supplying me with all the certification

Had nothing but a lovely experience with this company we had a battery installed last week and we was very happy from start to finish the installler was very informative he explained the monitoring and spent time making sure I understood absolutely everything!
The installation of the battery was smooth and no mess was left

A number of Elite Eco businesses run from the same address, in Grays. Elite Eco Services; Elite Eco Installations; Elite Heat and PV LTD; Elite After Care Services to name a few. All have the same director Nakayi Gerald BUWU. Elite Eco Services called elderly father, persuaded him that he needed a new inverter. Took full payment upfront and scheduled installation for following day, which meant 14 day cooling off period wasn't an option. Fortunately Dad mentioned this before they started the installation and we managed to stop it. Cancellation email sent but no response so far. Avoid. 21/7/25 THREE WEEKS LATER STILL AWAITING RETURN OF NEARLY 4K FOR NOT REQUIRED INVERTER

Just finished the install, office and everybody involved was really helpful.

Unpleasant cold call from a very pushy male rep.

Having written this review, I was contacted by Elite Eco Installations who stated that they had not cold called me. It transpired that the company which cold called me was their sister company Elite Eco Solutions which share the same director and registered address. I am happy to clarify this, and note that there is a similar earlier review from someone else.

I have had two visits from this company and both times the Rep has been polite, knowledgable and no hard selling.
I am getting a couple more quotes from other companies before going ahead but my first(and second) impressions are very good!
