Bt on the day the service seemed to be a joke. On the day of install. They decuz to cancel as of funding. The lads drove all the way from Liverpool they got told the job was cancelled 😡

had some work done on the outside wall cavity of my council house.
I was kept informed of the time and date. They arrived on time a few vehicles and some
Lovely lads. They moved everything from my decking and outside front house.
The explained everything they were going to do over the two days that they were here for.
Firstly the guys especially Keith and Connor.
Were extremely polite and courteous to my needs especially with me being on oxygen. The chaps were very friendly and made me feel at ease doing the work outside of my home.
I really couldn’t have asked for nicer lads than these two .
Iam very grateful of how they drilled into the walls removed the old insulation I think it’s called.
Also how they explained there would be a lot of noise. They put new filling in the cavity walls all the holes were covered and matched the wall paint.
Like I said Keith and Connor are amazing guys and so nice to have them working for this company

Was really in 2 minds on using this company ! It was a toss of a coin tbf and I'm so glad I did, I'm over the moon with service and engineers now have instant hot water and radiators are like new I never new a house could be so efficient thank you so much xx

They have made a mess of my house nothing done to a good stand and 1/2 the job been done DO USE THEM

The customer service team of the company is not supportive and are not taking the issue seriously. They install the heat pump at my property 8 days back and till date I don't have hot water and heating in my property. The issue is pending since the team are not taking seriously at all. When speaking with them they informed me to contact Ideal as it is manufacturer issue. I don't want to name the customer service staff but a lady on the call was rude and inattentive. I have patient in my house my mother and son struggling due to health. The team never calls back and provide update. Every time I have to contact them they don't have accurate answer and still the issue is pending. I would even not rate 1 star due to the customer service team's treatment. We are still struggling due to the issue.

The project was installing Heat Pump and Solar Panel. Your team was never replies to the email. I have already sent the email last week to the given email id. I have chased the Ideal Logic team and they solve the issue for me. It is strange to know that you have not received and reviewed my complain since last week.

use them and u will learn the hard way !!! i’m still owed 1700£! and completely messed my brand new bathroom up … the lady that works the worst customer service ever so damn rude !!! had to get a real plumber to sort out there dodgy work !!! the 5star reviews are written by there own people trust me u been warned !!!

Had a visit from Steve today appointment was for 08.30am I thought he would be late but he called me 15mins early to say he is outside.
Excellent start he was courteous and professional and so good at his job I was impressed I have chosen professionals not a fly by night operator.
He listened attentively and spoke with a level of experience knowing his field well and advising accordingly. I am over the moon with his speed & level of professionalism I would give him TEN OUT OF TEN.
Look forward to working with such an outfit that does what it says.

My local council contacted Elite Energy to install cavity wall insulation in my bungalow over two days the work was carried out without any stress or disruption to myself as I’m registered disabled top marks to the guys who carried out the work who left all areas neat and tidy and a huge thank you to Chloe from customer services who dealt with my feed back I can highly recommend Elite Energy

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The team kept me well informed throughout the full process. Everyone i spoke with were polite, friendly and very helpful. Each engineer that attended my property were fantastic. My property was always left clean and tidy when they finished each section of the work. I couldn't praise Elite enough. Thank you again for all the help.

Had my loft insulated by Elite energy last week was a quick and easy process engineers lovely and office staff so helpfull

From start to finish Elite Energy have been very professional responsive and efficient.I have had solar panels with air source heat pump.The plumbing was done in a very professional way with minimal disruption and after completing the swap out of old radiators boiler and water tank they went through the whole process on the Halo thermostat.Very simple to use and as a family we are getting used to the new way of heating and water heating.However we are pleased with outcome and will see the benefits in a few months.
The whole house was cleaned hoovered top to bottom.
Steve the plumber was really energetic and ready to answer any questions.The Elite energy staff were very helpful and patient with my questions and Jess ,Sadie were super professional.
If you have doubts then do your research as I have done and found the whole experience very positive.
The important thing is you need to understand the difference in the gas boiler system to this system .

The work was done to a poor standard. Once the job starts and they receive funding you don’t get the same reponse.

Work started in October still not completed. No care from workers. Customer service don’t call back or respond.

We have a heat pump but hot water runs out quickly. Regret using elite and their services.
