We had been kept up at night for two nights in a row with scratching noises behind this wall. Muhammed came the same day and put some bait in a tiny gap in the wall, and then sealed it up. Within 3 days the noises completely stopped and there have been no problems since. Thank you!!

I contacted the company and Mohammad was very helpful in answering all my questions over the phone. After much search I decided to go with Mohammad for the rat infestation in my house. Mohammad came in same day and was very punctual . The moment he entered the house he got in the job. He surveyed the house in detail including the garage. Took a lot of photos for evidence of potential entry points and shared with us. He was immediately able to locate the location of their possible nest. He put in the poison bait and gave us all the information on what to expect in detail. There were a few more questions I had in mind after he left and he was really patient in answering my questions in detail over the phone. He’s very prompt with picking up calls. He gives you and honest advice about the situation. In short he’s really professional. I would highly recommend him for the pest control service. 2 weeks and our house is potentially free of rats which we were trying to trap for the last 2 months thinking we wouldn’t need any professional help. Mohammad has been a life saver and really professional in his services. Highly recommended. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again if needed but according to him he’s put in enough poison for any immediate re- infestations. He also followed up to check how is the progress . We were being overrun with mice... we tried to fill in the holes ourselves, put out traps and poison, but nothing was working! Luckily we were given Elite Force Pest Control's recommendation from a friend. They came out really fast, filled in holes under the kitchen cabinets that we didn't even know were there and laid out lots of poison bait in every room. Luckily the mice like their poison (unlike ours) and peace has been restored to our home once more.

Prompt and excellent service. Issue fixed within 24 hours and Mohammed also followed up to make sure all was fine.

We all know they are everywhere but when a mouse pops in to check you out it’s shocking, that’s the bad bit! The good bit is that I contacted Elite Force Pest Control who came on the day I phoned. I always check the reviews before I do anything, whether it’s what’s the best movie to watch or the best tradesman for a particular job. So when we found out we had mice in our garage, I knew I needed someone kind, knowledgeable and with really great reviews!

Mohammed was fantastic! Such a lovely, friendly and polite young man. I phoned him in a panic and he came to our house the next day.
