We ordered two wine fridges from Elite. The service we received from Natalie Whitley and Danielle Mackay was excellent. After making the order the communication from the company started straight away, giving me updates on my order and when it will be delivered. The items arrived in perfect condition, well packed and by a professional delivery service. I ordered on the 14th of the month and the delivery came 10 days later. Great company with a clear and well designed webpage which really helps choose the best product. Will certainly consider using them again for future projects.

If I could give Elite Wine Refrigeration higher than a 5 then I would. In particular Danielle deserves a mention for exceptional customer service. From placing my order the communication with this company has been second to none. Following delays with my parcel (issues with the courier, not Elite) Danielle went over and above to liaise with the courier company and keep me up to date with my parcel’s whereabouts. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company again. The product is excellent quality and I can’t praise the company highly enough. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent service from start to finish. Cherry gave us loads of options and fantastic designs to choose from. The installers were perfect - we are over the moon with our wine wall which includes two of the Della marta fridges. Would highly recommend 👍

easy efficient process to order a wine fridge

A few teething issues with my new drinks cooler following which Charlie soon resolved, many thanks Charlie, much appreciated! Cooler is working perfectly now and looks great.

Excellent communication throughout the process. I had ordered a display shelf which they didnt have in stock, but they were very clear on that and it arrived subsequently exactly as promised. Their delivery guys were amazing - really went the extra mile to install the fridge in a tricky location.

I recently ordered a Dunavox twin zone wine cooler from Elite Wine Fridges. When I placed the order the Dunavox model that I required was out of stock but due to be back in stock shortly. Elite kept me fully appraised of the situation and quickly notified me to establish a convenient delivery time and date. Their couriers were super efficient, phoning prior to their arrival to ensure that all was on track. They brought the unit in up my external steps and brought it to within a couple of feet of where it was to be installed. They checked within the packaging to establish that there had not been any in-transit damage to the appliance. It is now installed and operational - we are delighted with it and Elite’s excellent customer service and support. Highly recommended!

Choice of delivery dates offered. Good communication, especially on narrowing down delivery time. Nice looking product, unboxed and put in place and product advice given. However the wine fridge spec states the fridge should hold 50 bottles but the maximum I can put in it is 40.

We were gifted the most execptional wine cooler from a friend, and the service we have recieved from Elite Wine Refridgeration and in particular Cherry Yung the General Manager is unbelievable. She is always available and alwasy resolves every issue (not that there were any, the fridge is still great just guilty on sometimes not knowing how to use it) product fantastic, service fantastic... but a few blonde moments. Reviews are important especially when a company goes above and beyond and this company does just that. Thanks again
